while at this site yesterday, I saw the exclusive $100 ND for BetPhoenix Casino and I downloaded and registered from here and my request was denied for BET100 AND i WAS GIVEN  $50 WITH BET50 i WAS NOT given a reason but I would be willing to bet that if I go complain about it at customer service and ask for the 100 they will tell me that I already claimed the 50 so I'm not entitled anymore... and yes I have been through this issue with other casinos with different circumstances but the same issue. they give you less than promised and sometimes they will cancel a sign up bonus but leave the add out there and you dint find out until you go through the trouble of downloading and registering.
