after cashing out, I reversed $45 with 100% and lost  ,

I made a cashout when my balance was at $1650, unfortunately, this promo did not have comp pts for me to build.

I don't want to deposit until am sure am eligable for a prize if i win. my b/f opened up accts. at every casino,lol. when i found out what he did, had him close his casinos acct. where i play and deposit at.i thought i had asked him to close paradise casino maybe he forgot.i'll have to check with live help. thank you

Sure Shirls, no prob. Just fyi, having one account at each casino isn't an issue ..it's just if you have multiple at each.

I doubt your bf would have been able to open a 2nd account from your comp/home though at the same casino without making a conscious decision to delete the registry keys which is a somewhat complicated process so you're probably alright.

just received an email from cocoa that I'm awarded SILVER SUGAR CLUB VIP status now for better bonuses, fast cashout, ......, but no freebies problly b/c I have a pending cashout.

If I were you I'd send to support@cocoacasino.com just to be double sure anyway ..although I'm sure they have your docs by now. No reason why faxback@cocoacasino.com shouldnt work.

just received an email saying my docs were accepted already at Cocoa, thanks Jason.  For paradise8, I still have not heard anything from them.

If your docs are approved at one, they should be approved at the other since they use the same processing. I would double check with live help though.

just have a question, I understand that if I deposit by Echeck, I have to make a withdrawal to my Echeck account, but this withdrawal method takes too long to process, just wondering if I can split it, half of the withdrawal goes to Echeck and other halves will go to usemywallet.

Fyi, full comp points are typically earned on wagering not associated with a promo. There are some exceptions though but usually if you claim a promo on a deposit you gain far less or even no comps on the wagering while that promo is active. Like I said, this isn't always the case but it certainly is for ND's and for some of the deposit matches.
