This time, we continue to disrupt online gaming taboos by signing up with a cartoonesque casino whose integrity from registering to cashing out was proofed by our long-time tester Juggaloroscoe.
The platform we’re about to reveal is called ComicPlay Casino and it is actually a USA-friendly venue that even accepts BTC payment transactions.
REGISTRATION
The registration process with this operator began by entering personal data in a three-step form. Once done, Juggaloroscoe accepted the terms and conditions to easily open a new account with ComicPlay.
DEPOSITING
After a short inspection of the terms and conditions, our tester hit the cashier in order to make a deposit. He selected Bitcoin as his payment method of choice and topped up the balance with $200 in cryptocurrency on Thursday, April 14th 2022. This transaction was completed within minutes.
Depending on the transaction method, the minimum deposit limits per transaction vary between $10 and $50 at this place. According to the Cashier, the minimum deposit limit for BTC payments is $30.

GAMING
With enough funds in his balance, our tester was ready to start earning some money by playing RTG’s finest slot releases like Run Rabbit, Run, Achilles and Lucky Catch.
Unfortunately, he made very little success and decided to quit after losing almost $100.00 on all three games after 30 minutes of play or so.
When his funds reached the casino’s minimum withdrawal limit at around $100.99, Juggaloroscoe decided to navigate back to the cashier and request a payout.
KYC AND WITHDRAWAL
But before he was able to pull out the remaining cash from his account, Juggaloroscoe asked a customer support agent on April 27th 2022 to a make phone call and help him verify his identity.
This is the last step prior to cashing out since our tester had already sent his driver’s license, utility bill, and selfie with ID via email to the casino on April 16th 2022.
However, it seems that there has been some sort of miscommunication during this phase, as live chat agent was completely unaware of his documents in the system. He even reminded our player to provide finance office with a valid BTC wallet address and confirm the transfer, but…
…Juggaloroscoe did that too on April 20th 2022 via email. The agent’s solution was to “escalate the case to his manager in order to accelerate the process of KYC procedure completion” and so he did.
Our tester tried to withdraw the funds once more on May 2nd 2022, but the account was still not verified at this moment, which is exactly TWO WEEKS AFTER REGISTERING!!!
Regardless, a new agent informed Juggaloroscoe that the casino’s finance department has been informed and asked him to be patient.
Finally, on May 3rd 2022 and his own initiative, our tester completed the withdrawal process of $100.00 in Bitcoin. This cashout request was confirmed on May 6th 2022 and it amounted exactly $98.12 due to the transaction fees.
When it comes to cahsouts, ComicPlay processes a minimum of $100 per transaction and a maximum of $2000 per week. The cashout time depends on the method - for BTC withdrawals, the processing time expands up to 48 hours, plus the pending time of 2 to 5 business days.
CONCLUSION
As you can see, while signing up and depositing at ComicPlay Casino takes only a couple of minutes, the verification procedure took long while.
Although he managed to pull out his money in the end, Juggaloroscoe had to wait for two weeks without any particular reason before he was able to confirm a blockchain transaction that is normally near instant in iGaming.

…Juggaloroscoe deed dat ook op 20 april 2022 via e-mail. De oplossing van de agent was om "de zaak te escaleren naar zijn manager om de voltooiing van de KYC-procedure te versnellen", en dat deed hij.
Onze tester probeerde op 2 mei 2022 nogmaals het geld op te nemen, maar het account was op dat moment nog steeds niet geverifieerd, en dat is precies TWEE WEKEN NA DE REGISTRATIE!!!
Hoe dan ook, een nieuwe agent informeerde Juggaloroscoe dat de financiële afdeling van het casino op de hoogte was gesteld en vroeg hem om geduld.
Uiteindelijk voltooide onze tester op 3 mei 2022 op eigen initiatief de opname van $ 100,00 in Bitcoin. Deze uitbetalingsaanvraag werd op 6 mei 2022 bevestigd en bedroeg, dankzij de transactiekosten, precies $ 98,12.
Voor uitbetalingen verwerkt ComicPlay minimaal $ 100 per transactie en maximaal $ 2000 per week. De uitbetalingstijd is afhankelijk van de methode: voor BTC-opnames loopt de verwerkingstijd op tot 48 uur, plus de wachttijd van 2 tot 5 werkdagen.
CONCLUSIE
Zoals u kunt zien, duurt het registreren en storten bij ComicPlay Casino slechts een paar minuten, maar de verificatieprocedure duurt lang.
Hoewel het hem uiteindelijk lukte om zijn geld op te nemen, moest Juggaloroscoe twee weken wachten zonder enige reden voordat hij een blockchaintransactie kon bevestigen, wat normaal gesproken vrijwel direct gebeurt bij iGaming.
