In terms of the claim that an agent asked you to make the second $10 deposit, no such Chat can be located in the contact history. Please note that the Redeemable winnings have to be claimed with one whole deposit of $25.
Now in regards to your claims of the second deposit of $11 was never credited to your account. During the second deposit, you adjusted the amount to below minimum (which is $15 for BTC) after receiving the address. Due to the change, that second transaction received a timeout decline on the 8th. However, it then further updated whereby we received an update from the processor on the 9th. You were then informed of the updated deposit transaction, which had been credited to your account, and even given a 200% offer.
