California casinos (Indian), you can smoke in all of them.. Of course there are designated non smoking gaming areas. And if you're a diamond or seven stars with Caesars/Harrahs, you get comped alcohol at Harrahs Rincon. (San Diego)

this is good relax for weekend
but also i noticed that very much young people is going there just for free alcohol, they put fiver in,..spin for max 0.05c and drink all night for free..i dont think its fair!het is niet de VS in Riga (Letland), je kunt overal roken en het Olympische casino biedt gratis alcohol als je speelt
dit is een goede ontspanning voor het weekend
maar ik merkte ook dat heel veel jonge mensen daarheen gaan alleen voor gratis alcohol, ze stoppen er vijf in,..draaien voor maximaal 0,05c en drinken de hele nacht gratis..ik denk niet dat het eerlijk is! -

Sanchya, uiteindelijk zullen ze willen zien waar het allemaal om draait als ze eenmaal een beetje van hun remmingen zijn kwijtgeraakt door de gratis drank. De casino's hebben voldoende geld van de 'echte gokkers' om de alcohol te kunnen betalen die door de andere mensen wordt geconsumeerd. Trouwens.. Mer that is so true. Like the free buffets that are comped. By the time i walk out of the restaurant after a gambling session i have paid for 20 buffets! Sometimes i sit there and look around and think i paid for that light fixture, that couch, that chair and a host of other things.
Mer dat is zo waar. Zoals de gratis buffetten die worden aangeboden. Tegen de tijd dat ik na een goksessie het restaurant uitloop, heb ik voor 20 buffetten betaald! Soms zit ik daar en kijk om me heen en denk dat ik voor die lamp, die bank, die stoel en een heleboel andere dingen heb betaald.

Most of the other casinos are pretty tight regarding free drinks but will offer them to select players.

It's also important to remember that some of these things will vary from casino to casino in certain states.
For one example, Rivers Casino (Pittsburgh PA) is allowed to give free drinks (as with any PA casino), but they will only give free drinks to machine players if they are actively playing in the high-limit room or are a certain card level. This, in fact, is as of only a few months ago. Just a few months back, you either had to be a certain card level or high-rolling at the tables...but no automatic free drinks for machine players.
West Virginia can be added as a state that is allowed to give free drinks, though Mountaineer and Wheeling Island Casino generally DO NOT give free drinks unless you have a certain card level, a voucher or are playing in the high limit area in the case of Wheeling Island.
In areas with little competition, even if the state allows free drinks, it is best to call an individual casino and ask if that is going to be a priority for you. Like I said, it really can differ from place to place.
As far as smoking, West Virginia can be added to the list of states that allow it.
However, if going to a certain casino in a certain state, it is good to call ahead and ask. State laws are not absolute and might be irrelevant if there are City/County indoor smoking laws. This was the case at Mountaineer Casino in West Virginia for about a year, until the County finally granted them an exception. Wheeling Island has always had an exception, though Ohio County, West Virginia, does have an indoor smoking ban.
