Hello, I have a problem with bet2u. I way making bets every friday and before betting used 200% friday bonus. I waged it 25x in 6 days like requested so I wanted to withdraw the winnings of almost 1500€. They requested Skype verification, which I had the following week. I knew all the answers except for the last part where they gave me names of different teams and I had to tell from which country they are. I did not know this because with such waging requirements I always just check quotes on teams that play that day, not any other information about all teams. Anyway, the said I scored too little points in verification process and now they are only willing to return my deposit of 20€ . What can I do? I attached a picture of their email.

Hallo, ik heb een probleem met bet2u. Ik maakte elke vrijdag weddenschappen en gebruikte vóór het wedden de vrijdagbonus van 200%. Ik heb het 25x ingezet in 6 dagen, zoals gevraagd, dus ik wilde de winst van bijna € 1500,- opnemen. Ze vroegen om Skype-verificatie, die ik de week daarop kreeg. Ik kende alle antwoorden, behalve het laatste deel waar ze me de namen van verschillende teams gaven en ik moest vertellen uit welk land ze kwamen. Ik wist dit niet, omdat ik bij zulke looneisen altijd alleen maar de offertes controleer van de teams die die dag spelen, en geen andere informatie over alle teams. Hoe dan ook, ik heb te weinig punten gescoord tijdens het verificatieproces en nu zijn ze alleen bereid mijn aanbetaling van € 20,- terug te geven. Wat kan ik doen? Ik heb een foto van hun e-mail bijgevoegd.
