I had my winnings taken from me and the agents on the site are very ignorant when it comes to addressing anything. They respond like dang robots and. I made a crypto deposit through LBtc and was actually winning so I tried to Cashout. Everything went smoothly transaction was verified and good to go and boom out of nowhere it’s denied my winnings are gone they won’t say why. I’ve requested transcripts and haven’t gotten them. One customer support specifically is just down right unsupportive and that’s Harry. I’ve never had any redemption issues before and now all the sudden after my first redemption every time I’ve tried to redeem winnings from my deposits that I did not have a bonus on they’ve hit me with the first injustice and that was they weren’t about to process my withdraw because the agent claimed that only one withdraw can be made a day. I know that’s a blatant lie and it was my first withdraw of the day so I just let that slide being the first time there’s been any issue. But this second time is unacceptable and without justification. I deposit without any promotions or bonuses to avoid issues and now I go to make another withdrawal similar to my first one and poof nope you can’t have it after it’s been processed and I’ve verified the transaction email all the sudden a Cashout limit gets slapped on me with no explanation as to why and all my winnings are gone and a email comes on saying that my transaction has been denied so I go to talk to support and they say it was a reversal of a coupon. I DIDNT HAVE A COUPON. I’ve made sure to get adequate and complete proof on all of this. I have much more to add to my case but this is just my opening statement. A deposit that I made with no bonus or coupon connected had a a coupon linked to it after my initiated withdraw and the only answers I get is it was reversed. There wasn’t anything to reverse and much less wasn’t anything that could be denied cause it was a clean deposit. I have screenshots and emails of the verification and withdrawal # and whatever else may be required to support my case.
