I waited two months and asked chat support a couple of times meanwhile and they promised me I would be paid - even though there were terms that was probably not met from what I could see (but it is not obvious when you read them). That was "no problem" since my case had already been submitted to the accounting department just waitning to be approved. I am sure they would in the end claim that the terms or my details was no longer valid. I can't see why they are doing this kind of business at all. Since I have had a pending cashout request for two months I have not been able to deposit and play , so they would not earn any more money on me anyway.

PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE ...or waste time playing at all . I had a free chip , never played here before ...clearly made my playthrough and withdrew 50 dollars . Live chat checked it out said was good to go just needed docs etc . I did that sent everything and had confirmation from account dept would be a few days ....Few days past and nothing ...long story short ..I got one excuse after another and told to wait ....next one told to wait ....this went on for 9 months ...then was told to open a dif ewallet for them to deposit ..I did that - still nothing , more excuses . after all the excuses they locked my account with no good reason . I never cursed or sent hate mail just inquiring and asking why Im being told one thing but nothing happens . NOT worth the hassle they will not pay...DO NOT PLAY HERE

Ik zie hierboven veel klachten, dus ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat het niet eens een mooi logo heeft:)) Gewoon, het is echt oplichterij, ga ergens anders heen.
