Great news about the extensions but I can seen to figure out why the bonus is not showing up, I have activated the coupon and it tells me if I type it back in it is activates but still it won't show in my account...

I was told it could take several days to show up...

It says uses 0/1 , what am I not seeing...or clicking on? Does the casino have to be downloaded? Argh I have been trying for three days!

Right to update what I put before and someone said it would be more than likely 72 hours before withdraw is processed.

It had been over 80 hours since making the withdrawl and still my withdraw is reversible.

As im sure many people will understand. A casino that quotes a certain time but does not pay in that time limit is simply not going to do well. Afterall who would deposit at a casino that states a withdraw timeframe of 3 days tops but takes weeks to get paid?

I have type in the code and it was excepted, if I type the code in again it says already activated by me. But still no bonuses are showing up

took 85 hours overall. Didnt think I would be paid this week but im thankful to them and also LCB for the exclusive to begin with.

Ok one more time before I give up, is there something I'm supposed to click on after I type in the code and the activate box that pops up? When I Hoover over my balance it still shows no balance in either bonus.

Nope, all I did for it was downloaded the client.

Next I clicked "Coupons" on the left hand side of the screen

Then entered the LCB exclusive code in the box at the bottom

I then clicked confirm and details of that promotion came up and I was left with 3 options, 1 of them was "activate", another was "cancel" and the other was something like "more info"

You click "confirm" and it says bonus has been added to your account.

If it hasnt been added then something is wrong on their end!!!

    Hey y'all,  I got the bonus the other day no problem.  I  have to say I really like the software/games.  Thanks LCB for securing the freebie.  I actually played for close to an hour on that $10.  Just interested in hearing about withdrawing, as I use QT.  What's the quickest turnaround? 

You know what, after emailing support and going back and forth with them for a day as to why I have the coupon and activated it they asked me to send them a screens of my coupons page to prove its there. I said no, its not worth all that extra on my part when they should be able to see in to my account and whether I have redeemed the coupon , played it, not played it,etc. So I was sent another email saying they would have the casino manager look in to it. That was 3 days ago...

if max cashout is 40  how do we cash out????  im hitting walls here    help

same thing appears to be happening to me...  I followed the steps to "activate" the coupon exactly as they were written.  The only proble is, I don't have an "activate" button.  I enter the code, confirm it and then the only options available at that point are to get more info/details on the bonus.  My balance still shows as $0.00 and I even tried to play a couple of games just to see if I could but nope... no go.  I emailed support so we'll see what happens.

signed up over a week ago still nothing!! then i got an email saying its because max amount of people already got the bonus.

I have contacted the Casino Rep., and asked them to come on board  and assist our members.

well i made playthru then balance was 40 dollars and i couldnt cashout    then lost all trying to get to the 50 it said was minimum      im so mad why wasnt i allowed to cash out the 40 (as per stated as max withdrawable?)  ???????????????????????????????????????????

not if the bonus was stick? if it was and you cashout out 50 minus the bonus it would have been the 40 max cashout, no?
