On March 16, 2022, our tester registered at Lion Slots casino. To join the platform, he completed a simple form that consists of 3 steps, typed in a couple of basic info, and became a member. A confirmation email arrived as well, welcoming the tester to this gaming platform.
Taking a look at the form, players shall notice two different options- play for fun and play for real. Both of them require registration.
Deposit
As soon as he joined this online casino, a notification appeared, offering him the option to go directly to the cashier and make a deposit. After pressing the “Yes” button, he was navigated to the cashier. The tester opted for an instant Bitcoin deposit and entered $200. He copied the BTC address to his wallet to authorize the transfer of the funds.
The tester logged into the account slightly more than one and a half an hour later, and the funds were available in his casino balance. Confirmation of deposit arrived via e-mail.
Three days later, on March 19, 2022, the tester made another deposit. Both the amount of money and the payment method were the same. Just like the previous time, he received a confirmation via e-mail.
Worth noting is that the tester actually tried to fund the account twice on the same day, March 16, but was denied the second time. That’s why he had to make another deposit three days later.
The minimum amount to deposit is $/€25. To fund the account, players can use credit and debit cards, Bitcoin, and e-wallets.
Gameplay
On March 16, 2022, the tester played a couple of games from the operator’s portfolio such as Snow Wonder, Raving Wildz, Reindeer Wild Wins, Almighty Dollar, and then Blackjack Multihand.
Three days later, on March 19, 2022, he checked out Genesis Island and Big Cash Win, the latter of which brought him a $30 win.
Having launched Raving Wildz once again, he ventured into the Heroes’ Realm, and Jolly Roger’s Jackpot. His balance went down to USD 0.33, so he made one more deposit on March 19, 2022.
His next choice was Keno Vegas Jackpot, followed by the Great White Buffalo which brought him a “Buffalo Win” of $24. The next in line was Beach Bums, followed by Future Fortunes.
On March 20, 2022, the tester played Bigfoot Mountain, where he scored a massive win of $168. Then he launched Dark Mystic, and Light Dance, which brought him a solid win of $240.
KYC and Customer Support
On March 22, 2022, the tester contacted the support department to check how to have the account verified so that he could request a withdrawal.
Two minutes later, the agent responded, informing the tester of which documents were needed. The tester had to send the front and back copies of the driver's license/ ID, and utility bill no older than 3 months via e-mail.
He submitted the driver's license, and utility bill, but also included a selfie with the ID. As the message was too large to be delivered, he attached documents one by one and sent them in four separate emails.
A day later, on March 23, 2022, the support department sent him a confirmation e-mail that the documents were approved and saved.
In some situations, a verification call may be needed to confirm the customer’s identity, but our tester wasn’t required to go through this step.
Withdrawal
The first attempt to withdraw took place on March 16, 2022, but the tester wasn’t able to do so, as the amount he requested was less than the minimum. He wanted to cash out USD 50, but the minimum to require is USD 100. In the meantime, he made another deposit a couple of days later and played some games.
On March 23, 2022, upon receiving confirmation that his account was verified, the tester requested to withdraw his entire balance- USD 300.14 via Bitcoin.
Having checked the cashier on March 30, 2022, he noticed that his request to cash out USD 300.14 was completed on March 29, 2022. Despite typing in the entire withdrawable balance, USD 0.22 was still on his balance after the transaction was approved and credited.
Coinbase confirmation arrived a day later, on March 30, 2022, stating that the tester received 317.21 in Bitcoin (0.00669 BTC). The amount was slightly higher due to BTC value fluctuations. No fee was charged on this occasion.
Players should know that cashouts may incur a processing fee of up to £35. To withdraw funds, customers can opt for Bitcoin, Bank Wire Transfer, or some e-wallets. There’s a withdrawal limit of £5,000 per player per week. Withdrawals can take between 2 and 5 business days to be processed. During this time, the requests can be reversed.
Also, a punter needs to wager the original deposit at least once before requesting a cashout. In case a deposit hasn’t been made for 90 days, a punter will have to make a minimum verification deposit of £25 and wager it 1x before becoming eligible to request a withdrawal.
Conclusion
Although the stated timeframe for withdrawal processing is up to 5 working days, Bitcoin transactions are usually processed much quicker.
Also, one mystery remained unsolved- how come the tester’s balance after the withdrawal request was made and finalized still displayed USD 0.22? Just to remind you, he requested the entire available sum (USD 300.14 in BTC) visible at the cashier.

Het is opmerkelijk dat de tester op dezelfde dag, 16 maart, twee keer probeerde geld op de rekening te storten, maar de tweede keer werd afgewezen. Daarom moest hij drie dagen later opnieuw geld storten.
Het minimale stortingsbedrag is $/€ 25. Spelers kunnen hun account financieren met creditcards, betaalpassen, Bitcoin en e-wallets.
Spelverloop

KYC en klantenondersteuning

Opname
De eerste opnamepoging vond plaats op 16 maart 2022, maar de tester slaagde daar niet in, omdat het gevraagde bedrag lager was dan het minimum. Hij wilde $ 50 laten uitbetalen, maar het minimumbedrag was $ 100. In de tussentijd deed hij een paar dagen later nog een storting en speelde hij een paar spelletjes.
Op 23 maart 2022, nadat de tester de bevestiging had ontvangen dat zijn account was geverifieerd, verzocht hij om zijn volledige saldo - 300,14 USD - via Bitcoin op te nemen.
Toen hij op 30 maart 2022 bij de kassier ging kijken, zag hij dat zijn verzoek om USD 300,14 uit te laten betalen op 29 maart 2022 was afgerond. Ondanks dat hij het volledige opneembare saldo had ingevoerd, stond er nog USD 0,22 op zijn saldo nadat de transactie was goedgekeurd en bijgeschreven.
Een dag later, op 30 maart 2022, kwam de bevestiging van Coinbase binnen, waarin stond dat de tester 317,21 in Bitcoin (0,00669 BTC) had ontvangen. Dit bedrag was iets hoger vanwege schommelingen in de BTC-waarde. Er werden deze keer geen kosten in rekening gebracht.
Spelers moeten er rekening mee houden dat er verwerkingskosten tot £ 35 in rekening kunnen worden gebracht voor uitbetalingen. Om geld op te nemen, kunnen klanten kiezen voor Bitcoin, bankoverschrijving of sommige e-wallets. Er geldt een opnamelimiet van £ 5.000 per speler per week. De verwerking van opnames kan 2 tot 5 werkdagen duren. Gedurende deze tijd kunnen de verzoeken worden teruggedraaid.
Bovendien moet een speler de oorspronkelijke storting minstens één keer inzetten voordat hij/zij een uitbetaling kan aanvragen. Als er binnen 90 dagen geen storting is gedaan, moet een speler een minimale verificatiestorting van £ 25 doen en deze 1x inzetten voordat hij/zij in aanmerking komt voor een uitbetaling.
Conclusie
Hoewel de aangegeven verwerkingstijd voor opnames maximaal 5 werkdagen bedraagt, worden Bitcoin-transacties doorgaans veel sneller verwerkt.
Bovendien bleef er nog één mysterie onopgelost: hoe kon het dat het saldo van de tester na het indienen en afronden van het opnameverzoek nog steeds USD 0,22 bedroeg? Ter herinnering: hij vroeg het volledige beschikbare bedrag (USD 300,14 in BTC) aan, zichtbaar bij de kassa.
