This time we tested a casino that has been recently added to our directory. Our tester paid a visit to OhMyZino Casino to give us a complete rundown of the platform. Highlight:

You know me as Natasha, and I’m here to tell you all about our tester’s most recent visit to Famagousta’s 2022 launched eye-catching website designed in a cartoon style called OhMyZino.
This gaming destination has gone through the same process of signing up, depositing, playing, verifying and withdrawing just like other platforms that became part of our From the Players, for the Players project.

REGISTRATION
Registering for Coolife started on Wednesday, June 1st 2022. He filled out a form on the website which consists of two steps: the first one requires you to provide an email, password and currency, while the second allows you to enter personal details, choose country of origin and agree to terms and conditions.
As soon as he opened an account with OhMyZino Casino, Coolife was ready to make a deposit, so let’s move to that chapter straight away!
DEPOSITING
Our Canadian-based tester always tops up his newly created accounts at online casinos via Interac. At OhMyZino, he also selected the same interbank network to place a deposit of CAD $252.00 on June 3rd 2022 and continue to the lobby.
The transaction was completed successfully within minutes and Coolife was ready to play his first picks.
A quick reminder: the operator has disclosed a minimum deposit limit via Interac of CAD $25, while the maximum cap is CAD $2,000. However, a complete list of fees, limits and other items is displayed under Payments on site once you log in or sign up. All deposits need to be wagered at least three (3) times.

GAMING
With CAD $252.00 in his account, our tester was ready to warm up and make his first pick – Merlin and the Ice Morgana. Unfortunately, the game failed to load, so he switched to a different provider (Habanero) and decided to give Calaveras Explosivas a chance.
Playing this game, Coolife made some smaller winning streaks but not enough to hold his water. He moved on to other providers and selected Bigger Bass Bonanza, where he hit several wins on the popular sequel in this extremely widespread franchise.
He even increased his balance up to CAD $392.83 at one point, but since the goal of this stage is to test software of at least 5 different developers, he was soon up to his sleeves in Amun’s Book from Zeus Play.
Among the last games on Coolife’s list at OhMyZino Casino before the withdrawal was also Age of Pirates by Spinomenal, but our player’s balance declined in the end to just CAD $102.99 and it was time to cash out the rest of the funds.
Equally important: certain games on the platform DID NOT work due to technical problems. Coolife contacted live support to report a loading issue with Book of Dwarfs, Sweet Bonanza and so on, but he only received an answer that the casino will ‘look into it’.
WITHDRAWAL AND KYC
Our player submitted a withdrawal request of CAD $100 via Interac e-Transfer on Friday, June 3rd 2022 which is the bottom withdrawal limit, by the way.
But, to receive a payment, each player must fully verify their account.
All withdrawals at OhMyZino per account are capped at € 7,000 (or currency equivalent) per month. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher loyalty level. For winnings over 30,000 Euros, the payments are issued in equal monthly installments. All progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
It is only at this point that our tester started confirming his identity since the attempt to get funds instantly had failed. By uploading the following documents: proof of address, bank statement, and proof of identity (front and back), Coolife was finally in the process of KYC.
Coolife had soon realized that the verification review is usually completed within 3 working days from the time all documents are sent.
Therefore, it took three days to verify Coolife’s account by the casino, while the withdrawal of CAD $100.00 through Interac was approved 72 hours after the verification! This is more than 144 hours but all funds were successfully transferred on Thursday, June 9th 2022, completed and confirmed per email.
CONCLUSION
From our tester’s point of view, registering and depositing at OhMyZino was fast and hassle-free. Nonetheless, in terms of testing certain software (Play’n GO), things didn’t run very smoothly.
The same goes for verification and processing times. It took 6 days for both procedures, extending our tester’s time at the casino from June 1st through 9th for only one day of gaming and withdrawing a minor amount of CAD $100.00.

De registratie voor Coolife begon op woensdag 1 juni 2022. Hij vulde een formulier in op de website dat uit twee stappen bestaat: in de eerste stap moet u een e-mailadres, wachtwoord en valuta opgeven, terwijl u in de tweede stap persoonlijke gegevens kunt invoeren, uw land van herkomst kunt kiezen en akkoord kunt gaan met de algemene voorwaarden.

STORTEN
Onze Canadese tester laadt zijn nieuwe accounts bij online casino's altijd op via Interac. Bij OhMyZino selecteerde hij hetzelfde interbancaire netwerk om op 3 juni 2022 een storting van CAD $ 252,00 te doen en door te gaan naar de lobby.
Binnen enkele minuten werd de transactie succesvol afgerond en kon Coolife zijn eerste keuzes maken.
Een korte herinnering: de aanbieder heeft via Interac een minimale stortingslimiet van CAD $ 25 bekendgemaakt, terwijl de maximale limiet CAD $ 2.000 is. Een volledige lijst met kosten, limieten en andere items wordt echter weergegeven onder 'Betalingen' op de website zodra u inlogt of zich aanmeldt. Alle stortingen moeten minimaal drie (3) keer worden ingezet.

Met CAD $ 252,00 op zijn rekening was onze tester klaar om op te warmen en zijn eerste keuze te maken: Merlin and the Ice Morgana. Helaas laadde het spel niet, dus stapte hij over naar een andere aanbieder (Habanero) en besloot hij Calaveras Explosivas een kans te geven.
Coolife behaalde met dit spel een paar kleine winstreeksen, maar niet genoeg om stand te houden. Hij stapte over naar andere aanbieders en koos voor Bigger Bass Bonanza, waar hij meerdere overwinningen behaalde in het populaire vervolg van deze enorm populaire franchise.
Op een gegeven moment verhoogde hij zijn saldo zelfs tot CAD $392,83, maar omdat het doel van deze fase is om software van minstens 5 verschillende ontwikkelaars te testen, zat hij al snel met zijn handen in het haar in Amun's Book van Zeus Play.
Eén van de laatste spellen op Coolife's lijst bij OhMyZino Casino vóór de opname was ook Age of Pirates van Spinomenal, maar het saldo van onze speler daalde uiteindelijk naar slechts CAD $ 102,99 en het was tijd om de rest van het geld op te nemen.
Even belangrijk: bepaalde spellen op het platform werkten NIET vanwege technische problemen. Coolife nam contact op met de live support om een laadprobleem te melden met Book of Dwarfs, Sweet Bonanza en dergelijke, maar kreeg alleen het antwoord dat het casino 'ernaar zou kijken'.
TERUGTREKKING EN KYC
Onze speler heeft op vrijdag 3 juni 2022 een opnameverzoek van CAD $ 100 ingediend via Interac e-Transfer. Dit is overigens de laagste opnamelimiet.
Om een betaling te kunnen ontvangen, moet elke speler zijn account volledig verifiëren.
Alle opnames per account bij OhMyZino zijn gemaximeerd op € 7.000 (of het equivalent in een andere valuta) per maand. Uitzonderingen zijn mogelijk voor spelers met een hoger loyaliteitsniveau. Winsten boven de € 30.000 worden in gelijke maandelijkse termijnen uitbetaald. Alle progressieve jackpotwinsten worden volledig uitbetaald.
Pas op dat moment begon onze tester zijn identiteit te bevestigen, aangezien de poging om direct geld te innen mislukte. Door de volgende documenten te uploaden: adresbewijs, bankafschrift en identiteitsbewijs (voor- en achterkant), was Coolife eindelijk bezig met KYC.
Coolife realiseerde zich al snel dat de verificatiebeoordeling doorgaans binnen 3 werkdagen wordt afgerond, gerekend vanaf het moment dat alle documenten zijn verzonden.
Het duurde dus drie dagen om Coolife's account door het casino te verifiëren, terwijl de opname van CAD $100,00 via Interac 72 uur na de verificatie werd goedgekeurd! Dit is meer dan 144 uur, maar alle betalingen werden succesvol overgemaakt op donderdag 9 juni 2022, voltooid en bevestigd per e-mail.
CONCLUSIE
Vanuit het oogpunt van onze testers verliep het registreren en storten bij OhMyZino snel en probleemloos. Het testen van bepaalde software (Play'n GO) verliep echter niet helemaal soepel.
Hetzelfde geldt voor de verificatie- en verwerkingstijden. Beide procedures duurden 6 dagen, waardoor onze tester langer in het casino kon blijven, van 1 tot en met 9 juni, voor slechts één dag spelen en het opnemen van een klein bedrag van CAD $ 100,00.
