In this video report, we bring you our tester’s first-hand experience with Red Dog casino. The brand ended up on the LCB warning list due to slow payments, low cashout limits, and slow response from customer support.
To check how things stand with Red Dog casino, our tester created the account, deposited in Bitcoin, and played some games. After multi-day ID verification procedure, she requested a withdrawal of USD 150, via the same payment method.

Registration
On March 17, 2022, our tester joined Red Dog Casino. After filling in a simple form and verifying her e-mail address, she officially became a member and was now able to deposit.
Deposit
Having finished the registration process, the tester headed to the cashier to fund the account. She deposited $300/ 0.00796450 BTC. After a couple of minutes, the amount of $299.99 was visible on her casino balance.
To fund the account, players can use a variety of methods, such as cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies. The minimum amount to deposit is $30 if a player opts for any of the cards, while for Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and Flexepin is a bit lower, and set at $20. For Tether, the minimum amount is $40, while those opting for Neosurf can deposit as low as $10. Processing time is either instant or up to 15 minutes.
Gameplay
As soon as the money became visible on her casino account, the tester went on to play some games. Her first choice was Halloween Treasures, followed by Lucha Libre 2, and Trigger Happy, which brought her a win of $36.36 during the free spins feature.
Following this, she played Paddy’s Lucky Forest, Witch’s Brew, Panda Magic, and Asgard Deluxe. Later on, she checked out Twister Wilds, Princess Warrior, and Bubble Bubble 3, where she scored $34.12 during bonus spins. She also tried 5 Wishes and Cash Bandits 3.
A day later, on March 18, 2022, she started her gaming session with Epic Holiday Party and then explored Plentiful Treasure and Enchanted Garden II. The next games she played were Texan Tycoon and Coyote Cash.
Having finished Coyote Cash, she relaunched Texan Tycoon but quickly switched to T-Rex II, where she collected $38.72 during the free spins feature.

KYC and Customer Support
Our tester wanted to request withdrawal immediately after finishing her gaming session, but she couldn’t do so, as her account needed to be verified.
She accessed the “Account Validation” page and completed the fields. According to the instructions, a customer is supposed to fill in the form online, download it as a PDF, sign it, and then send it to the relevant department via e-mail.
However, the page displayed instructions for Credit Card Validation and Banking Validation. As no directions were provided for Bitcoin, her method of choice, she turned to live chat.
The live chat agent who responded noted that a verification phone call is required before proceeding, so the tester provided her number in the chat.
After this, she sent a personal ID front and back, a selfie with a personal ID, and a utility bill via the provided e-mail address. A response arrived on March 21, 2022, asking her to send banking validation for the Bitcoin wallet.
The tester responded the next day, on March 22, 2022, noting that the chat agent she communicated with confirmed that the docs she submitted via e-mail were the only ones required.
A day later, on March 23, 2022, the casino replied, noting that the Banking Validation form is mandatory, even for Bitcoin withdrawals.
On March 30, the tester sent the filled and signed validation form. As the online form wasn’t working properly, she printed it and manually filled it in.
The response came in the following day, March 31, 2022, requiring her to send the form with information typed out, not written by hand.
A day later, on April 1, 2022, the tester responded that she submitted the manually completed form as the online wasn’t responsive.
Three days later, on April 4, 2022, another e-mail from the casino arrived, pointing out that handwritten documents are not considered official documents, with the signature being the only exception.
On April 6, 2022, the tester sent the document once more. She filled it in as requested and signed it using DocuSign, the e-signature service recommended by customer support.
A day later, on April 7, 2022, another email from the casino arrived, letting the tester know that her account validation was almost complete. As noted, she needed to confirm the Bitcoin address. She did so on the same day.
Withdrawal
On April 11, 2022, the tester tried to make a withdrawal request but wasn’t able to do so, as her account was still unverified. She sent an e-mail to the support department to check what was going on. Two days later, on April 13, 2022, a response arrived, letting the tester know that her account was fully validated.
She made a request on April 18, 2022, wanting to withdraw $150/ 0.0039 BTC. Three days later, on April 21, 2022, she received $144.79 / BTC 0.0035194.
On the very same day, she received an email from the casino, letting her know that her request to withdraw USD 250 was approved. However, a couple of minutes later, one more e-mail arrived, clarifying that the previous e-mail was wrongfully addressed.
Regarding the available cashout methods, the selection includes credit cards, bank wire, and Bitcoin. Processing time varies from one to five business days. The minimum amount to withdraw for all methods is $150, while the max is limited to $2,500. No fees are imposed.
Before the first payout is confirmed, a player should place at least one deposit. The initial deposit value should be wagered at least once. A player can have only one pending cashout at a time.
Conclusion
Red Dog Casino’s verification procedure is confusing, complex and lengthy, which is opposite of how an average Bitcoin transaction should look like.
Although the support team did assist our tester with the entire procedure, still it would be more efficient and less troublesome to have the procedure simplified.

De livechatmedewerker die reageerde, gaf aan dat er een verificatiegesprek per telefoon nodig was voordat er verder kon worden gegaan. Daarom gaf de tester haar nummer in de chat.
Hierna stuurde ze een identiteitsbewijs met voor- en achterkant, een selfie met een identiteitsbewijs en een energierekening via het opgegeven e-mailadres. Op 21 maart 2022 ontving ze een reactie met het verzoek om een bankvalidatie voor de Bitcoin-wallet te sturen.
De tester reageerde de volgende dag, op 22 maart 2022, en gaf aan dat de chatmedewerker met wie ze contact had, bevestigde dat de documenten die ze via e-mail had ingediend de enige vereiste waren.
Een dag later, op 23 maart 2022, reageerde het casino en gaf aan dat het bankvalidatieformulier verplicht is, zelfs voor Bitcoin-opnames.
Op 30 maart stuurde de tester het ingevulde en ondertekende validatieformulier op. Omdat het online formulier niet goed werkte, printte ze het uit en vulde het handmatig in.
Het antwoord kwam de volgende dag, op 31 maart 2022, binnen en ze moest het formulier met getypte informatie insturen, niet met de hand geschreven.
Een dag later, op 1 april 2022, antwoordde de tester dat ze het handmatig ingevulde formulier had ingediend omdat het online formulier niet reageerde.
Drie dagen later, op 4 april 2022, ontving het casino opnieuw een e-mail. Hierin werd erop gewezen dat handgeschreven documenten niet als officiële documenten worden beschouwd. De enige uitzondering hierop zijn handtekeningen.
Op 6 april 2022 stuurde de tester het document opnieuw op. Ze vulde het in zoals gevraagd en ondertekende het met DocuSign, de e-handtekeningservice die door de klantenservice wordt aanbevolen.
Een dag later, op 7 april 2022, ontving de tester opnieuw een e-mail van het casino, waarin stond dat de validatie van haar account bijna voltooid was. Zoals gezegd moest ze het Bitcoin-adres bevestigen. Dat deed ze diezelfde dag nog.
Opname
Op 11 april 2022 probeerde de tester een opnameverzoek in te dienen, maar dat lukte niet omdat haar account nog niet geverifieerd was. Ze stuurde een e-mail naar de supportafdeling om te controleren wat er aan de hand was. Twee dagen later, op 13 april 2022, ontving de tester een reactie waarin stond dat haar account volledig gevalideerd was.
Ze deed op 18 april 2022 een verzoek om $ 150 / 0,0039 BTC op te nemen. Drie dagen later, op 21 april 2022, ontving ze $ 144,79 / BTC 0,0035194.
Diezelfde dag ontving ze een e-mail van het casino met de mededeling dat haar verzoek om 250 dollar op te nemen was goedgekeurd. Een paar minuten later ontving ze echter nog een e-mail, waarin werd verduidelijkt dat de vorige e-mail verkeerd was geadresseerd.
De beschikbare uitbetalingsmethoden omvatten creditcards, bankoverschrijvingen en Bitcoin. De verwerkingstijd varieert van één tot vijf werkdagen. Het minimale opnamebedrag voor alle methoden is $ 150, terwijl het maximum beperkt is tot $ 2.500. Er worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht.

Conclusie
