I have NEVER been able to cashout on a deposit at any of your group. And I believe I might have been able to cashout the $100(no deposit max) 2 times(out of many chips, thank you for those) but with the fee it just didn't seem worth the hassle!
As far as winners, I am gonna assume they must be high rollers(unlike my baby betting self) I normally stay around $1 and under with the occasional up to $2 bets. That is because I don't start off with a big bankroll and because whenever I do try higher bets I still get the same small winning combinations.
