Ciao a tutti , premetto il casino BRANGO poi mi ha comunque acettato come giocatore se si legge due post su in alto lamentavano che non mi volevano nel loro casino .
oggi mi e' sucesso una cosa particolare , premetto sto' parlando sempre del casino Brango , dovevo incassare la vincita come tute le altre volte e devo dire non ci sono stati mai problemi anzi il fatto di potere dopo 10 minuti incassare una vincita e' sicuramente una grandissima soddisfazione, il punto e' che oggi mi e' stato detto di rimandare i documenti per la verifica , cosa che gia avevo fatto tanto che giusto 20 giorni fa avevo preso i soldi ,e tuuto andava bene.
Misteriosamente mi richiedono la verifica ,io gli chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene detto che nei termini e condizioni rivalgono questo diritto ,di chiedere piu' volte la verifica.
Sinceramente sono rimasto molto incredulo ed infastidito ,tra l'altro a differenza delle altre volte che avevo prelievi piu' consistenti mi sono sentito spiazzato.
Purtroppo ho perso poiche' ho cancellato lil prelievo dato che per la riverifica sarebbero passati almento 2/3 giorni .
Sinceramente sono talmente deluso che non so' se ci giochero' con lo stesso entusiasmo di prima so' solo che in questo casino ho depositato piu' di 2000 euro in 2 mesi e prelevato molto meno .
Sappiatelo che potra' capitare anche a voi ,credo sia una tecnica per prendere tempo e non pagare immediatamente come dovrebbe essere secondo i loro criteri.
Spero che non usi questa tecnica anche EXTREME Casino che fino ad oggi e' stato comunque eccellente .

vandaag is mij iets bijzonders overkomen, ik zal beginnen met te zeggen dat ik het nog steeds over het Brango casino heb, ik moest de winsten innen zoals alle andere keren en ik moet zeggen dat er nooit problemen zijn geweest, sterker nog het feit het is zeker een grote voldoening om na 10 minuten de winst te kunnen innen, het punt is dat mij vandaag werd verteld de documenten terug te sturen ter verificatie, wat ik al zo vaak had gedaan dat ik het geld nog maar 20 dagen geleden had ontvangen, en alles was in orde.
Op mysterieuze wijze vragen ze mij om verificatie, ik vraag ze om uitleg en ik krijg te horen dat ze in de algemene voorwaarden dit recht hebben om meerdere keren om verificatie te vragen.
Eerlijk gezegd was ik onder andere erg ongelovig en geïrriteerd, in tegenstelling tot de andere keren dat ik grotere opnames had, voelde ik me verrast.
Helaas heb ik verloren omdat ik de opname heb geannuleerd, omdat het minstens 2/3 dagen zou hebben geduurd voordat de herverificatie had plaatsgevonden.
Eerlijk gezegd ben ik zo teleurgesteld dat ik niet weet of ik met hetzelfde enthousiasme zal spelen als voorheen, het enige dat ik weet is dat ik in dit casino in 2 maanden tijd meer dan 2000 euro heb gestort en veel minder heb opgenomen.
Weet dat het jou ook kan overkomen, ik denk dat het een techniek is om de tijd te nemen en niet meteen te betalen zoals het zou moeten volgens hun criteria.
Ik hoop dat EXTREME Casino deze techniek, die tot nu toe uitstekend is geweest, niet ook gebruikt.
