The soccer World Cup kicks off a week from today and we decided to make it a bit more exciting for all LCBers with an entertaining predictions competition. Yes, there are prizes to be won! :)
How it works
- • Before the first match of the day kicks off you can post your predictions in this topic. Example: Brazil vs Croatia 2-1. If Brazil wins you get 5 chips, if the score is also correct you get another 10 chips.
- • The daily chips will be added to your overall tournament points and if you are among the top three at the end of the World Cup you will get one of the tournament prizes listed below.
- • LCB staff members can take part in this competition but just for fun, no loyalty chips awarded.
Daily prizes
- • Correct result (win, draw, lose): 5 loyalty chips ( $0.5 cents )
- • Correct score: 10 loyalty chips ( $1 dollar )
- • Bonus for correct score of all matches of the day: 30 loyalty chips ( $3) - only for days with 2 or more matches.
Tournament prizes
- • 1st place: 500 loyalty chips ( $50 )
- • 2nd place 250 loyalty chips ( $25 )
- • 3rd place 150 loyalty chips ( $15 )
The first match of the tournament will be Brazil v Croatia on June 12th, you can start posting your predictions!

Over een week gaat het WK voetbal van start en we hebben besloten het voor alle LCB-ers wat spannender te maken met een vermakelijke voorspellingswedstrijd. Ja, er zijn prijzen te winnen! :)
Hoe het werkt
- • Voordat de eerste wedstrijd van de dag begint, kun je in dit onderwerp je voorspellingen plaatsen. Voorbeeld: Brazilië versus Kroatië 2-1. Als Brazilië wint krijg je 5 fiches, als de score ook klopt krijg je nog eens 10 fiches.
- • De dagelijkse fiches worden toegevoegd aan je totale toernooipunten en als je aan het einde van het WK tot de top drie behoort, ontvang je een van de onderstaande toernooiprijzen.
- • LCB-medewerkers kunnen aan deze wedstrijd deelnemen, maar alleen voor de lol, er worden geen loyaliteitschips toegekend.
Dagelijkse prijzen
- • Correct resultaat (winnen, gelijkspel, verliezen): 5 loyaliteitschips ($0,5 cent)
- • Correcte score: 10 loyaliteitsfiches ($1 dollar)
