this site is pretty nice considering the variety of games they have to offer. i'm a major fan of slot machines so i played mostly slots while on there. BUT the one and only thing i found to complain about and it is really irritating.............When u r registered for tourneys that damn annoying tournament reminder keeps popping up and disturbing my game play. So far this is the only thing i have found to complain about. I feel i had fair game play and have enjoyed myself

Usually BP doesn't deposit the free chip until you have a zero balance, but this time they put it in there when I did have a balance.  So now I've got multiple bonuses going and no clue how close I am to paythrough or what my terms are or how much I can cash out, etc...
I will contact them about it when I get around to doing that, until then I'm just going to keep playing the tournaments!  BetPhoenix always leaves me confused but it's pretty easy to do that to me anyway.

I had the same problem with contest winnings from them, but eventually I think I got everything that was coming to me.  When Nick got around to answering, he said to let him know when the balance was zero and he would add in the next chip.
