I was told by support today since I got the $10 n0 deposit I couldn't get the $25 unless I deposited.Same with the tourney.

Just 2 hours ago, I too was told that because I had already received the $10 ND bonus, I could not receive the $25 unless I deposited.
I explained to the live help rep about your posting. He insisted that  without depositing, I could receive no ND bonus.

Can you clarify if I am/am not eligible for this bonus? and If I am, redeem this bonus.

Yep,the same thing happened to me >:( :'( I was told since I got the 10...I couldn't get the $25 (unless I deposit of course) .Not gonna happen when they can't get their bouses straight.

Well I am new & it was someone with support who told me it was invalid

I logged back on to Rich tonight & was able to redeem the ND Bonus Code Rich25k without any problems. So the code is now valid. Good Luck
