Back when I won the jackpot @ 33, I had a w/d pending...went 2 Playfair, made a deposit w/ a match coupon they sent me via e-mail, and was subsequently BANNED!! Live chat told me u r not permitted 2 use a coupon @ 1 casino while waiting 4 winnings @ it's sister casino. Had I known this, I NEVER would have done it!!!! Is there ANY way I can b permitted 2 play @ Playfair or am I banned 4 life???? :^( -

No, Is all fixed now. PM me your login ID you would like to use, and I will fix it.
We will ask all players to use only one ID as is easier to track. Keep in mind money and bonus at one allows you to play at both without fund transfers. Make it easy!

Casino Jack, When I made my first deposit, I made it for $20. I contacted live support and they said that it needed to be at least $25 to get a bonus. Went back and added another $20= $40, and got 300% with 300% insurance. After losing that I made a couple of deposits without any bonus. I have not seen or heard anything about the insurance as yet. Emailed support, earlier this week, but no reply yet. Could you look into it. This insurance is a new thing for me and we did not discuss how the insurance was handled, weekly, monthly, immediately, so i'm not sure how that works. My user id at playfair is "jade"

Back when you were separating casinos i tried to join...not sure what i did but im locked out. I think i tried using two separate names because it wasnt working. Truth is I cant remember cause i was so frustrated.

jade - when I got insurance at another RTG, I had to go and ask live help for it. They credited it straight away, and I noticed in the terms and conditions (of the site I was using) that it had to be claimed within 7 days of the initial deposit.

Thank you ethereal, but it surely has been more than 7 days. I really forgot about it. When I did remember, I emailed playfair but no reply. I had kind of a bad time with my withdrawls. Not @ first, they were very helpful, but it was taking longer than the 24 hours that everyone else was getting, They told me 3 business days, that was Thursday Sept 3rd, so we were talking about the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I asked about other ways to get my money and I did not want to use my QT account because of the cost to get it out of there. And while your waiting, your way to deposit is blocked by the withdrawl @ both casinos. The money I did win, I ended up backing out of my wd request and then lost it. My own fault, I do admit. I took many things for granted. I should have asked a lot more questions about everything. They are great casinos, don't get me wrong, just not for me. Surly, they can't please everyone.........
I have just given up on it all. But, learned a lot in the process. I just hate it that I always seem to have to learn everything the hard way.

I just went to chat at Playfair Casino and spoke to Rod about insurance. I lost $150 there yesterday. He said they don't offer insurance bonuses. He did give me a $25 free chip though.
I will be interested to see casinojack's reply on this.
