    A while ago I tried to use a coupon code on Slots of Vegas. It didn't come through, I asked live chat why and apparently my country was not eligible. No problem. A while later I got another coupon code which worked, indicating that my country was OK, or so I thought. I could not find any T&C that contradicted this, so i fulfilled the wagering requirements and tried to withdraw $250. But it didn't come through.

    Is there anything you can do about this it'd be much appreciated.

    It's very clear in all of our terms and conditions that multiple Free Chips are invalid.  A free chip is a free chip regardless of it's use.

    first payment $675 then $500 until the balance is paid
    i am fine with that after talking to live chat and i had an email explaining it all
    what i would like to know and the only question not answered is this
    do i have to have all the $500 withdrawals approved and wait for the payment again?
    it took 10 days to approve that withdrawal and i was told it will be 10 days for the $675 to be deposited to my account
    if it is going to take 20 business days for each payment then i have roughly 5 months still to go before i paid in full

    Basically I reached playthrough on a no deposit offer from this site at close to the max cashout - $380 of $400 max - made a min deposit of $25 through ewalletxpress, which I believed was necessary to request a withdrawal, and had all of my winnings confiscated. The only reason customer service has offered was that I mixed deposits w/free chips. I've always had to make a min deposit prior to requesting a withdrawal (for fraud prevention purposes) and could then withdraw both the deposit and winnings - as long as the deposit wasn't played or another bonus requested, which is the case here. Granted, this was at Rival casinos, but it was my understanding after reviewing the terms and conditions on Coolcat's site that this was also true here. This is the first RTG casino I've played at much less tried to withdraw from.

    I don't know if I was cut off by the service rep 'Linda' or if the connection was lost, but my last question was never answered. From what I've seen in many different terms/conditions agreements - and I believe RTG's apply here too - even if bonus funds are confiscated for suspected fraud or bonus abuse any real money deposits made by the player are returned to the account and are available for withdrawal. But this should be a moot point anyway since I've not done anything wrong in association w/this bonus. At least not knowingly or deliberately, which was acknowledged by the rep in the above conversation. So can you tell me what gives here?

    I will gladly supply any further info if necessary and am even happy to play my deposit some w/out a bonus as long as my winnings are reinstated.

    I had an e-mail that said I should be paid by the 29th now I am told it 'should go out at the end of this week'
    That will be about 16 days instead of the 10 days it says on the website and then as it was worded with should not will I still may have to wait longer
    I would like to know if this kind of delay is normal?

    I used an $88 n/d chip from lcb.com and when I met all playthru requirements my $1,100 winnings were reduced to $88, the amount of original bonus so that's my money right? All thats fine, $88 was under withdrawable amount so, anyways I continued to play with what was now 'real money' Well, I won putting my withdrawalable balance at over $700, and requested a cashout for $600, then played the remainder on slots.
    So i thought i was waiting for the check in the mail, even tried to deposit money while I had that transaction pending, which was pre-approved but then denied because it was a mastercard, but all of that is irrelevant, here is my issue:
    I decide to contact live support regarding my $600 withdrawal and when it would be coming and they informed me they were voiding it because I had played a ineligible game "war"  which although it was stated it was not eligible to count towards my play through amount, it was never stated that I couldn't play any of those games at all, or winnings would be voided, it just said doesn't count toward wagering requirements, I mean, isn't the point of the free chip to try games the casino has to offer and see whether you like them or not?  
    And besides when I tried to play a progressive slot machine on accident it clearly stated "your balance is a bonus balance and this game is not allowed" so why wouldn't it say that for war?
      And I don't think I even won anything on war. Honestly, I don't even remember if I even bet or not, I remember clicking it to check it out, but I know for sure it was nothing significant if any at all that was won, so wouldn't it be fair to void the winnings (if any) from war only and not consider the whole thing void? can I get a copy of my transaction history or anything to see?  Because I still  had more than enough to meet playthru requirements without whatever was wagered on war, as i was up to $1,100 before my balance was reduced to the original $88,
    Please let me know if you can look into it and possibly do anything to help me, i couldn't really understand live support and requested a record of our chat be emailed but never received it, I'd really appreciate it and would even be willing to deposit there in the future, but at this point i'm really skeptical about their integrity, as this was a bad first impression as you can imagine.  Thanks for your time and consideration in this matter

    Yes, I have received some support from the reps here but it's been a mixed bag so far. All of our communication has been through email though, which is why the results haven't been reflected here on the boards. Basically, I've been told that my cashout will be honored once a couple of docs are received. But I've also been banned from coolcat - as well as captain jack's casino, where I had just begun to play my signup bonus - for apparently being an "advanced or professional" level player, when only recreational players are allowed at their sites. This is very strange to me since this is the first RTG casino I've played at, first bonus I've claimed, and first and only time I've tried to cashout w/them. Claudia has been very prompt and polite about it though. We will see how things go from here.
