Hi,
I have been emailing support for couple days and i get noooooooooo response. Is anyone there anymore??
I received an email that they had put a $5 chip in my account. I was playing and got called away and left with casino open.
When i got back, i was logged out, of course.
But when i tried to log back in, i get the message that my account had been blocked and an email address to inquire at. help@rialtocasino.com
I also emailed directly from website.
So i have just been trying to reach someone to unstick me, but i have gotten no response whatsoever to emails.

hi jerlyn...Is it true that Rialto has banned players from indonesia recently?
i used to have my casino account and deposited before, now i cant even connect or redownload the software.

There must be a restriction for those countries now for top game as we did not have any problems in the past.

Try and delete all cookies relating to Rialto Casino. Sometimes this can stop a download. Just another thought.

Luckyynn, i have disabled my AVG n stuffs n firewall is off but still i cant download..not on firefox or IE.
Using firefox i have cleared everything from cookies, history, etc...but it is still the same...

Have you tried searching your computer for anything "rialto" related? There may be something that has downloaded or part downloaded that might be preventing it. I'm running out of ideas for you anfransen.
