dumbest support ever, even spoke to manager who thinks he knows everything, last bet 1.10$ on account - 1 dollar bet on "Crazy Vegas" won 0.25$ + freespins (8 spins 2x multiplier) 0.25$ credited to my account and the freespin round never played! I couldn't even push spin, the error message popped up rapidly, after talking to the support and the manager, the manager sent me the games history. Nowhere in that history is listed the freespins that I won, so they have never played.

The last conversation -
you: now I can't play any other games because when I launch any game it says I have a pending game - Crazy Vegas, in order to play any other game I have to finish that one. Cleary you have made a mistake
