how can they claim that the spins have played, when they're clearly not.

dumbest support ever, even spoke to manager who thinks he knows everything, last bet 1.10$ on account - 1 dollar bet on "Crazy Vegas" won 0.25$ + freespins (8 spins 2x multiplier) 0.25$ credited to my account and the freespin round never played! I couldn't even push spin, the error message popped up rapidly, after talking to the support and the manager, the manager sent me the games history. Nowhere in that history is listed the freespins that I won, so they have never played.

Why is this new player promotion allowed to be listed when so many members and players are having trouble receiving their winnings?

I think I no why, so not a stupid question.  This group of casinos appears to be having problems paying its players as posted in many recent threads on this forum.

Don't move my post as is important information for new players at this casinos and others in its group. They need to know  that they have repeatedly  failed to pay players as promised, giving excuse after excuse and not willing to tell players the truth regarding their non-payment of winnings.
