Withdrawal and Customer Support
Our tester intended to withdraw USD 50. However, the cashier indicated that the available amount was $0, she turned to live chat to see what was the problem.
To clarify the situation- our tester didn’t meet the mandatory wagering requirement of 3x on deposit. Nonetheless, the Terms indicate that the cashout is possible but with a commission of 20%. When pointing that out to the live chat agent, our tester received a response that “this rule applies only in exceptional cases”.
