KYC & Withdrawal
With €50.18 remaining in his account balance Punakontti decided it was time to check out which methods he can use to withdraw his funds.
However, once he visited the withdrawal page, it was completely blank, even though the terms state that all withdrawal options are clearly stated on the website.
The tester got in touch with the support team once more, who suggested clearing cache and cookies or logging into the casino using an incognito window, stating that the automatic KYC system should appear then.
Unfortunately, none of the solutions worked, which is when he was advised to send the required documentation via email.
Punakontti did as he was instructed and sent the required documentation. After doing so, he received an email stating that he also had to provide a selfie holding his ID to complete the verification.
Once again, he did as he was told and provided the selfie. Shortly after, he received an email informing him that his account was fully verified.
The tester visited the withdrawal page once again, where he found withdrawal methods visible this time around.
He decided to request a withdrawal of €50 via MiFinity. As soon as he submitted the request, he was transferred to a page where he was informed that his request was in progress.
While waiting for his withdrawal to process, he received an email in which he was informed that he needed to provide a screenshot of his MiFinity account profile with his personal details visible before his withdrawal can be processed.
Unfortunately, due to technical issues, the tester couldn’t log into his MiFinity account, which is why he cancelled his withdrawal request and submitted a new withdrawal of €50 via bank transfer.
He then received another email, informing him that he needs to provide either a bank statement or a bank card displaying his name and IBAN to which he requested the withdrawal.
The tester did as instructed and provided the necessary documentation.
Finally, on July 6, 2026, two days after submitting the withdrawal request, he received an email informing him that his withdrawal was approved and processed.
He checked his banking account, where he saw that he received a payment of €50.
Conclusion
The tester ran into issues during both the registration and withdrawal. Due to having a hyphen in his first name, the first name field stated an error, which required getting in touch with the support team.
The €200 Skrill deposit was processed in pretty much no time and without any issues, allowing our tester to explore the casino’s gaming catalog.
However, the biggest issue Punakontti ran into was the withdrawal page displaying no available methods. Since the automatic KYC process didn’t launch, the tester had to contact the support once again and provide his verification documents manually.
After the verification, the tester submitted a €50 MiFinity withdrawal he had to cancel as he wasn’t able to provide the requested screenshot due to technical issues preventing him from accessing his MiFinity account.
In the end, he requested a €50 withdrawal via bank transfer, which successfully arrived in his bank account on July 6, 2026, two days after the request.

KYC & Opname
Met nog €50,18 op zijn rekening, besloot Punakontti dat het tijd was om te kijken welke methoden hij kon gebruiken om zijn geld op te nemen.
Toen hij echter de pagina voor uitbetaling bezocht, bleek deze volledig leeg te zijn, ondanks dat in de voorwaarden staat dat alle uitbetalingsmogelijkheden duidelijk op de website vermeld staan.
De tester nam opnieuw contact op met de klantenservice, die adviseerde om de cache en cookies te wissen of in te loggen op het casino via een incognitovenster. Volgens hen zou het automatische KYC-systeem dan moeten verschijnen.
Helaas werkte geen van de oplossingen, waarna hem werd geadviseerd de benodigde documentatie per e-mail te versturen.
Punakontti deed wat hem was opgedragen en stuurde de vereiste documenten op. Daarna ontving hij een e-mail waarin stond dat hij ook een selfie met zijn identiteitsbewijs moest opsturen om de verificatie te voltooien.
Hij deed wederom wat hem gevraagd werd en maakte de selfie. Kort daarna ontving hij een e-mail waarin stond dat zijn account volledig geverifieerd was.
De tester bezocht de pagina voor uitschrijving opnieuw, waar hij dit keer wel uitschrijvingsmogelijkheden zag.
Hij besloot een opname van €50 aan te vragen via MiFinity. Zodra hij het verzoek had ingediend, werd hij doorgestuurd naar een pagina waar hij werd geïnformeerd dat zijn verzoek in behandeling was.
Terwijl hij wachtte tot zijn uitbetaling verwerkt was, ontving hij een e-mail waarin stond dat hij een screenshot van zijn MiFinity-accountprofiel met zijn persoonlijke gegevens moest aanleveren voordat de uitbetaling kon worden verwerkt.

Vervolgens ontving hij een nieuwe e-mail waarin stond dat hij een bankafschrift of een bankpas moest overleggen waarop zijn naam en IBAN-nummer stonden vermeld, waarmee hij de opname had aangevraagd.
De tester heeft de instructies opgevolgd en de benodigde documentatie aangeleverd.
Uiteindelijk, op 6 juli 2026, twee dagen na het indienen van het opnameverzoek, ontving hij een e-mail waarin stond dat zijn opname was goedgekeurd en verwerkt.
Hij controleerde zijn bankrekening en zag dat hij een betaling van €50 had ontvangen.
Conclusie
De tester ondervond problemen tijdens zowel de registratie als de uitschrijving. Omdat er een koppelteken in zijn voornaam stond, gaf het veld voor de voornaam een foutmelding, waardoor contact met de klantenservice nodig was.
De Skrill-storting van €200 werd vrijwel direct en zonder problemen verwerkt, waardoor onze tester het spelaanbod van het casino kon verkennen.
Het grootste probleem waar Punakontti tegenaan liep, was echter dat er op de pagina voor uitbetalingen geen beschikbare methoden werden weergegeven. Omdat het automatische KYC-proces niet startte, moest de tester opnieuw contact opnemen met de klantenservice en zijn verificatiedocumenten handmatig aanleveren.
Na de verificatie diende de tester een opname van €50 in bij MiFinity. Deze moest hij echter annuleren omdat hij de gevraagde schermafbeelding niet kon aanleveren vanwege technische problemen waardoor hij geen toegang had tot zijn MiFinity-account.
Uiteindelijk verzocht hij om een opname van €50 via bankoverschrijving, die op 6 juli 2026, twee dagen na het verzoek, succesvol op zijn bankrekening werd bijgeschreven.
