we’ve sent our tester Punakontti to Vegaz Casino to find out whether transactions are fast, or they take some time to process. Here are the highlights:
- Tester of the day: Punakontti
- Registration completed on January 17, 2026
- Deposit of €200 via Skrill made on January 17, 2026. Within moments the tester’s casino balance was updated to €200
- KYC: Completed on January 18 (face recognition, driving license and utility bill)
- Withdrawal of €50 requested on January 18, 2026 via Mifinity
- The tester received €50 two days later, on January 20, 2026
Registration
Signing up with his Bank ID our tester was ready to explore everything Vegaz casino had to offer. He started off by visiting his account profile where he found he had to provide additional personal information.
Once he entered the necessary info and tried to save, he ran into some errors. This is when he decided to get in touch with the casino’s customer service to whom he explained the issue.
Fortunately, the support agent was up to task and managed to solve the tester’s issues within just a few moments!

Deposit
With his account information properly updated it was time for the tester to make a deposit. After checking out all the deposit methods he can use to top up his account, he decided on depositing €200 via Skrill, a well-known eWallet.
Once he confirmed his deposit, it took mere seconds for it to process, resulting in his account balance stating €200 available.
Keep in mind that the casino has the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 times the deposit amount at their sole discretion. (Terms - Money - Deposits)
Gameplay
With his deposit available in his account the tester took a closer look at the casino’s slot repertoire.
The first game up was Dead or Alive by NetEnt, a western-themed slot game that led him to a few quick wins.
Next up was the Sticky Bandits 3: Most Wanted slot, where our tester managed to snatch a hefty win of €43.40 thanks to the free spins feature.
Being off to a good start, the tester took a shot at a plethora of different games that unfortunately yielded no hefty wins. Gonzo’s Quest II: Return to El Dorado changed that for a moment, with the city of gold leading him to a win of €20.58.
Another batch of slots checked out, leading to another losing streak, that was broken by Sakura Fortune Epic Bloom where the tester scored a win of €23.40.
Once again, the tester decided to try out numerous different titles hoping for that big hit, but it just wasn’t meant to be.
Having scored a few noteworthy wins, mainly €34.68 in Big Cat King Megaways and €19.20, the tester booted up his final game - More Turkey, before finishing his playthrough journey.
Withdrawal & KYC
With €50.02 available in his account balance the tester set sail for the casino’s banking section once again. Instead of submitting his withdrawal request, he found a notification stating he had to complete the KYC verification first.
He provided the required information and completed the verification process. Shortly after he received an email informing him that the KYC process was completed successfully.
With verification out of the way, the tester checked out available withdrawal methods only to find out Skrill isn’t offered. This is why he opted to submit a withdrawal request of €50 via Mifinity.
Two days after his withdrawal request was submitted, he received an email stating that his withdrawal request was approved.
He opened his Mifinity account and found that the withdrawal was processed and the funds have been transferred successfully.
Conclusion
All things considered, the tester’s time at Vegaz casino wasn’t dreadful, but he did bump into some issues.
Right off the bat he had problems with providing the necessary account information, which led to him getting in touch with the customer support, although, to be fair, the issue was resolved pretty quickly.
The deposit process was as smooth as it gets, and the funds were available almost instantly.
Unfortunately, the same can't be said about withdrawals. While the processing time of 2 days is not longer than what the casino states the process will take, it is still a bit of a long wait.

We hebben onze tester Punakontti naar Vegaz Casino gestuurd om te ontdekken of transacties snel verlopen of dat de verwerking ervan langer duurt. Hier zijn de belangrijkste bevindingen:

Registratie
Nadat hij zich had aangemeld met zijn bank-ID, was onze tester klaar om alles te ontdekken wat Vegaz Casino te bieden had. Hij begon met het bezoeken van zijn accountprofiel, waar hij ontdekte dat hij aanvullende persoonlijke gegevens moest verstrekken.

Nadat zijn accountgegevens correct waren bijgewerkt, was het tijd voor de tester om een storting te doen. Na alle stortingsmethoden te hebben bekeken, besloot hij €200 te storten via Skrill, een bekende e-wallet.
Nadat hij zijn storting had bevestigd, duurde het slechts enkele seconden voordat deze was verwerkt, waardoor er €200 beschikbaar op zijn rekening stond.

Gameplay
Met het beschikbare saldo op zijn rekening bekeek de tester het aanbod aan gokkasten van het casino eens nader.
Het eerste spel dat hij speelde was Dead or Alive van NetEnt, een gokkast met een western-thema waarmee hij snel een paar keer won.
Vervolgens was de Sticky Bandits 3: Most Wanted gokkast aan de beurt, waar onze tester dankzij de gratis spins-functie een flinke winst van €43,40 wist te behalen.
De tester begon veelbelovend en waagde zich aan een groot aantal verschillende spellen, maar helaas zonder grote winsten te behalen. Gonzo's Quest II: Return to El Dorado bracht daar even verandering in, want in de stad van goud won hij €20,58.
Een nieuwe reeks gokkasten werd uitgeprobeerd, wat leidde tot een nieuwe verliesreeks. Deze werd doorbroken door Sakura Fortune Epic Bloom, waar de tester €23,40 won.

Opname en KYC
Met €50,02 op zijn account ging de tester opnieuw naar de betaalpagina van het casino. In plaats van zijn uitbetalingsverzoek in te dienen, kreeg hij een melding dat hij eerst de KYC-verificatie moest voltooien.
Hij verstrekte de benodigde informatie en voltooide het verificatieproces. Kort daarna ontving hij een e-mail met de mededeling dat de KYC-procedure succesvol was afgerond.
Nadat de verificatie was afgerond, controleerde de tester de beschikbare opnamemethoden, maar ontdekte dat Skrill niet werd aangeboden. Daarom koos hij ervoor om een opnameverzoek van €50 in te dienen via Mifinity.
Twee dagen nadat hij zijn opnameverzoek had ingediend, ontving hij een e-mail met de mededeling dat zijn verzoek was goedgekeurd.
Hij opende zijn Mifinity-account en constateerde dat de opname was verwerkt en het geld succesvol was overgemaakt.
Conclusie
Al met al was het verblijf van de tester in het Vegaz casino niet verschrikkelijk, maar hij stuitte wel op een paar problemen.
Hij had meteen problemen met het verstrekken van de benodigde accountgegevens, waardoor hij contact opnam met de klantenservice. Eerlijk gezegd werd het probleem echter vrij snel opgelost.
Het stortingsproces verliep uiterst soepel en het geld was vrijwel direct beschikbaar.
Helaas geldt dat niet voor uitbetalingen. Hoewel de verwerkingstijd van 2 dagen niet langer is dan wat het casino zelf aangeeft, is het toch een behoorlijk lange wachttijd.
