Surely this is a worrying reading for anyone. Every single game I have played there I lost. My last £40 went on Blackjack and I had 1 win of a £2 bet and the rest was losses (many hands where dealer hit and hit and hit, and got low cards to 20 or 21)

I do feel robbed

Dit is ongetwijfeld voor iedereen een verontrustende lectuur. Elke wedstrijd die ik daar heb gespeeld, heb ik verloren. Mijn laatste £40 ging naar Blackjack en ik had 1 overwinning van een £2 weddenschap en de rest was verliezen (veel handen waarbij de dealer hit en hit en hit kreeg, en lage kaarten kreeg tot 20 of 21)

To follow up to my thread (since I cant edit it). I highly recommend that you DO NOT play at cai games.

Already the results show its tight as hell but also I emailed them asking for a few chip (only fair seeing I lost over £200 in under a few days which shows them I have the money to deposit )

Got an email reply today saying no chance and also they were having a go at me saying my pending bonuses were void because I had played blackjack. In their terms regarding bonuses it clearly only says "blackjack does not count towards wagering requirements", thus it doesnt say that it voids the bonuses

Als vervolg op mijn topic (aangezien ik het niet kan bewerken). Ik raad je ten zeerste aan om NIET bij cai-spellen te spelen.

De resultaten laten al zien dat het krap is, maar ik heb ze ook een e-mail gestuurd met het verzoek om een paar chips (alleen maar eerlijk aangezien ik in minder dan een paar dagen meer dan £ 200 verloor, wat laat zien dat ik het geld heb om te storten )

Ik kreeg vandaag een e-mail waarin stond dat er geen kans was en ze probeerden me ook uit te dagen dat mijn openstaande bonussen ongeldig waren omdat ik blackjack had gespeeld. In hun voorwaarden met betrekking tot bonussen staat duidelijk alleen "blackjack telt niet mee voor de inzetvereisten", dus er staat niet dat de bonussen ongeldig worden verklaard.

Als je in Groot-Brittannië bent, denk dan niet eens aan dit casino

I won at most 2 or 3 hands of BJ and slots were just tight, 20 or so spins without a win,

Puzzling when i questioned it they didnt see anything wrong with what had happened, anyone can see that it doesnt add up.
