Casino Neg Database Excuses!!??

What's the deal with casinos using a negative database to choose it's players. I'm reading where good customers are having long standing accounts closed. Because of past problems with another casino. I've read where accredited casinos like jackpot capital. Actually took someone winnings because they appeared in a negative database at another casino. When I started gambling 12+ years ago up til recently. No one had to worry about such a thing. Maybe within a group of owned casino. But not across every software companies. To make matters worse. The casino who bans you. Give you no information about who is accusing you. Nor do they give you an appeal process. Why implement this system now? The world economy is on hanging on by a thread. And more and more countries are either pulling out of online gambling. Or restricting who and where one can play. This has to be costing the casino profits. I know times are hard. But even the casinos themselves are pulling tricks to not pay a honest bet. All good things has to come to an end. And that goes for online gambling as well. These casinos are shooting themselves in the foot. By trying to avoid those they consider high risk. Based on someone's opinion. Without an appeal process. You have banned some good players as well in your fish net.

Niemand hoefde zich over zoiets zorgen te maken. Misschien binnen een groep casino's die eigendom zijn. Maar niet bij alle softwarebedrijven. Om het erger te maken. Het casino dat je verbiedt. Geef u geen informatie over wie u beschuldigt. Ze bieden u ook geen beroepsprocedure. Waarom dit systeem nu implementeren? De wereldeconomie hangt aan een zijden draadje. En steeds meer landen trekken zich terug uit online gokken. Of het beperken van wie en waar je kunt spelen. Dit moet de casinowinsten kosten. Ik weet dat het moeilijke tijden zijn. Maar zelfs de casino's zelf halen trucjes uit om geen eerlijke weddenschap te betalen. Aan alle goede dingen komt een einde. En dat geldt ook voor online gokken. Deze casino's schieten zichzelf in de voet. Door te proberen degenen te vermijden die zij als een hoog risico beschouwen. Gebaseerd op iemands mening. Zonder beroepsprocedure. Je hebt ook een aantal goede spelers in je visnet verbannen.

I hear ya chocolateman! I am in that nefarious database for something I was supposed to have done, but never did. I was a depositing player at inetbet for a long time and suddenly between one day and the next I could not deposit there anymore. Some will not let me have an account, others I have an account but can't deposit, others will let me deposit, but never ever have a bonus or free chip. It is just so wrong. No one has to tell you why, or show you proof, or even answer you at all. And I agree, they are shooting themselves in the foot with that treatment.

Ik hoor je chocolademan! Ik zit in die snode database voor iets dat ik had moeten doen, maar nooit heb gedaan. Ik was lange tijd een stortende speler bij inetbet en plotseling kon ik van de ene op de andere dag daar niet meer storten. Bij sommigen mag ik geen account hebben, bij anderen heb ik een account maar kan ik niet storten, bij anderen mag ik wel storten, maar ik krijg nooit een bonus of een gratis chip. Het is gewoon zo verkeerd. Niemand hoeft u te vertellen waarom, of u bewijs te tonen, of u zelfs maar te antwoorden. En ik ben het ermee eens dat ze zichzelf met die behandeling in de voet schieten.

I have not heard of this neg data base and it really is unfortunate for some good standing players at other casinos. But i think some of reasons you mentioned like the economy and stricter regulations have put some online casinos on tougher times. Not to mention the difficulty with processors and the aftermath of Black Friday.

As gloomy as it all may sound now there is a silver lining in the black cloud as we are moving slowly but surely away from US online gambling restrictions

Ik heb nog nooit van deze negatieve database gehoord en het is echt jammer voor sommige spelers met een goede reputatie bij andere casino's. Maar ik denk dat sommige van de redenen die je noemde, zoals de economie en strengere regelgeving, sommige online casino's in moeilijkere tijden hebben gebracht. Om nog maar te zwijgen van de problemen met processors en de nasleep van Black Friday.

Hoe somber het allemaal ook mag klinken, er is een lichtpuntje in de zwarte wolk nu we langzaam maar zeker weg bewegen van de Amerikaanse online gokbeperkingen
