Hi - I would like to ask if there is anyone else out there in LCB-land, that does not understand some of the deposit match offers? For example, I deposited $10 on a first deposit match offer. I played with my $20 ($10 and the match) and lost. Final balance: $0.00. It had a second match offer: "second deposit match - 50%". So I deposited $10 and ...no additional $5. Unless the minimum deposit varied between these offers, I should be eligible to receive the 2nd match, right? I mean...what is it about some of the match offers out there, that would prevent receiving the 2nd deposit offer? Trying to understand what I am not understanding, here....thanks for any insight on the possible variations that there are, regarding bonus match terms and conditions. 8'| Cheers.

A lot of deposit match bonuses that I've seen do have minimum deposits on them. It should state the amount on the offer, or at the very least in the cashier once you input the code. I've also seen in the terms and conditions "x minimum deposit required for deposit bonuses unless otherwise specified".
Bij veel stortingsmatchbonussen die ik heb gezien, zijn minimale stortingen vereist. Het bedrag moet op de aanbieding vermeld staan, of op zijn minst bij de kassa nadat u de code hebt ingevoerd. Ik heb ook in de algemene voorwaarden gezien: "x minimale storting vereist voor stortingsbonussen, tenzij anders aangegeven".

It really would be better to list the terms at the time of inputting the code. It makes it better for the player to not have to hunt for the terms 8'| (IMO).
Het zou echt beter zijn om de termen te vermelden op het moment dat u de code invoert. Het maakt het voor de speler beter om niet op de termen 8'| te hoeven zoeken (IMO).

I more and more think T&C's are with reason not really understandable. If there are information missing, and the support shows it not really up to you and give a lot of words but no infos about you concern: hands off. There are a lot that are understandable.
Ik denk steeds vaker dat de algemene voorwaarden niet echt begrijpelijk zijn. Als er informatie ontbreekt en de ondersteuning laat zien dat dit niet echt aan u ligt en veel woorden geeft, maar geen informatie over uw zorgen: blijf weg. Er is veel dat begrijpelijk is.
