I just wanted to make a comment on the Genesys Group of Casinos - when I first started playing / depositing at these casinos I thought their casinos were great places to play - even though I have spent far more than I have withdrawn, I enjoyed myself - then Mandarin Palace stopped their Fortune Cookie Sunday spins - that was one of the main reasons I deposited there and even though their website said "deposit at least $20 and get Fortune Cookie Sunday spins for the first year that your account is opened - then without warning live chat says "sorry that promotion is over" - not fair! The first year (to me anyways) of my account being opened means the first 12 months that my account is opened not until the "promotion is over" - seems like false advertisement to me - then I contact live chat at Wiz Bet and ask them if I had signed up through a certain site that gives weekly free spins to those who signed up through their link - chat told me that I had but that I had to contact the website and ask that they add me to their list - fine - I did that - the casino told the site that I had NOT signed up through their link 
I think the most frustrating thing is that even though I WAS a loyal depositing Gold level player at their casinos is that I get the message "you arent eligible for that bonus" - anyone who signs up through a website (even if they don't deposit) is eligible for free spins but not a loyal DEPOSITING Gold level member - and finally I got pretty sick of them taking out extra 
$ along with my deposit - sure the message said contact support if you want these monies back at the end of the month but I dont get where they get off taking out more than I authorized - needless to say it cost me more than what I got. So to the Genesys Group - maybe instead giving free spins, bonus chips etc to players who do not deposit but happened to sign up through a link, you should reward your loyal players....before you have no loyal players anymore ...and this is one of the loyal players who is looking for other casinos to patronize - have a nice day and thanks for letting me vent my frustrations.....
