I recently found out there's another company/software called High5Games who provides IGT games.
IGT games are restricted (online) in my country but they are playable at any casinos that using this software.

you are correct, High5 Games are making slots for IGT, but there are some made for Bally as well. Most of the IGT's and Bally's Vegas slots land based portfolio is actually made by High5, and some time ago they're making appearance online.
To my knowing, most sites offering these games for fun play give you a certain amount of free credits to play, but they will charge you to refill it (its not expensive as you get a lot of credits by paying relatively small fee, but you're still essentially paying to play for fun). In addition, I noticed you only get few of their slots available from the start, and unlock others by playing and making score on those few. Needless to say, you need to put a lot of credits (read real money) and time as well to unlock all of them.
You can play them absolutely free here on LCB however. Some of them can be found among IGT slots, and several among Bally slots. There is a limited selection at the moment, but are working on adding even more of them.
As for playing these in real money mode, NYX Interactive has a licence to distribute these slots so you can expect to find them in selected few NYX powered casinos. New Jersey licencesed online casinos such as Caesars online casino also feature a nice selection.
