- Promoties zijn beschikbaar op bepaalde dagen tussen 00:01 en 23:59 (CET)
- Minimale storting is € 20
- Inzetvereisten: 35x (storting+bonus) voor herlaadbonussen; 35x voor de gratis spins en de winst uit de gratis spins is beperkt tot maximaal € 100.

Algemene voorwaarden voor de Kick Off-actie:
- De prijs voor de 1e plaats bestaat uit een verblijf van 6 nachten in Europa voor twee personen. Het omvat retourvluchten tussen het thuisland van de winnaar, Engeland, Spanje en Italië. De route van deze vluchten varieert afhankelijk van wedstrijddata en locaties. In elk land worden privéluchthaventransfers aangeboden.
- Per wedstrijdlocatie zijn twee overnachtingen (inclusief ontbijt) in een 4-sterrenhotel inbegrepen, in een hotel dichtbij elk voetbalstadion.
- De winnaar en de door hem gekozen gast zijn verantwoordelijk voor de reisverzekering, de reis van en naar de thuisluchthaven en alle andere persoonlijke uitgaven.
- De winnaar moet beschikbaar zijn om op bepaalde data te reizen.
- Afhankelijk van de definitieve wedstrijddata worden indien nodig verdere nachten en vluchten aangeboden. Als er geen wedstrijddata beschikbaar zijn, worden er reizen en kaartjes naar alternatieve Europese locaties aangeboden.
- Beide gasten moeten in het bezit zijn van een geldig machinaal leesbaar paspoort met een geldigheidsduur van minimaal 6 maanden na de terugreisdatum, met minimaal twee ongestempelde pagina's en een visum (indien van toepassing).
- De prijswinnaar moet zes weken voor de vertrekdatum de beschikbaarheid bevestigen.
- Prijzen zijn niet overdraagbaar en niet-restitueerbaar en kunnen dus niet worden ingewisseld voor contant geld.
- Gasten jonger dan 16 jaar moeten schriftelijke toestemming van hun ouders hebben om te reizen, tenzij ze worden vergezeld door een ouder of voogd.
- Alle tickets zijn afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid op het moment van boeking.
- De Europese voetbalervaring van je leven moet binnen zes maanden na het sluiten van de promotie worden ingewisseld.
- Voor geldprijzen gelden geen inzetvereisten. Spelers kunnen prijzen onmiddellijk opnemen als ze dat willen.
