Yes I know I had no intention of ever starting another thread here or posting a comment in this section but I have some information to pass along. Most RTG Casinos are tied to other RTG Casinos as sister casinos by the same common owner. I have no clue if this has happened to anyone else. Today I asked for 1 of the casinos that is part of a group of casinos that is owned by the same company that my account be closed. I did this because whenever I made a deposit my playthru total was horrible. I am weeding out some of the RTG casinos I have played at. What happened was the security system since I closed this one casino shut down all my casino accounts with this company. Its not exactly what I wanted to happen since I have 1 withdrawal approved and set up a withdrawal with another one this morning. This mess will all be solved tomorrow but in case u close 1 account and want to leave a different open with the same company double check the one u wanted left open is still open. Now I will wait to see who pisses me off this time.

Deze puinhoop zal morgen allemaal opgelost zijn, maar als u 1 account sluit en een andere open wilt laten bij hetzelfde bedrijf, controleer dan of de account die u open wilde laten nog steeds open is. I don't get this..what is the purpose of "closing out an account" exactly? You can take it off your computer, you can choose to not play there, but just suppose they send you some free chip for like $200..are you really not going to use it if it's free..I mean you don't have to-still your choice but once you close your account your done..I never really got the purpose of this unless you had some horrible run in with a casino and they refused to legit give you a withdrawal or something..but a "playthru " issue? I mean I have a whole host of casinos I won't play at again but I would never close my account with them..some have even sent me some pretty big free chips so come back months later..I am not critisizing your decision, I just don't understand what the upside is in doing this..

Due to old age and memory loss I decided so I dont make a mistake in the future I wanted it closed. Its kind of indirectly letting them know constant terrible playthru numbers are not acceptable.
Vanwege ouderdom en geheugenverlies heb ik besloten om, om in de toekomst geen fouten te maken, het gesloten te willen hebben. Het is een soort indirecte manier om hen te laten weten dat constante verschrikkelijke playthru-nummers niet acceptabel zijn.
