is it just me or everybody else has the same problem?
Yesterday, most of the promotions are still available for me in these rival casinos, gold rock, vegas regal, davincigold, thisisvegas, paradise8, slottocash, pantasia, mayan fortune, slotpower,...I check back in today, and all of them saying "no promotion is available".
the only rival casino with all the promos available for me is superior. It's just weird that all of the promos disappear in one day. Wondering if you have similar problem

I went to livechat and asked why, he didn't even know what exactly the problem, and said that they will give me the answer in email

If you win to much or use to many promotions the system will flagg you. It is not right or fair. There can be other reasons too. I have lost my promotions in several of the casinos but when I asked Sloto´cash they just said that the others issues was not theirs so they gave them back to me. The most honest casino among the Rivals in my opinion.
Ask Sloto and you have them back right away.Als u te veel wint of te veel promoties gebruikt, zal het systeem u markeren. Het is niet juist of eerlijk. Er kunnen ook andere redenen zijn. Ik ben mijn promoties in verschillende casino's kwijtgeraakt, maar toen ik Sloto'cash vroeg, zeiden ze alleen dat de andere problemen niet van hen waren, dus gaven ze ze aan mij terug. Naar mijn mening het meest eerlijke casino onder de Rivalen.
Vraag het aan Sloto en je hebt ze meteen terug. -
