So I made a withdraw request recently at Winpalace. They are breaking it up. I got the first 500 via ACH and the second half of 800 is approved and on its way. Shortly after the approval email, I got this:
Dear XXXX
Due to management decision, your account has been excluded from redeeming coupons.

What prompted this? Is it because I questioned how they broke up my payout? Have they decided I "abused" bonuses? I know some of you have gotten the same. Too many withdraws? I fear the slots may tighten up for me now to the point of no enjoyment and/or playtime.
