Сума виграшу склала 689 017,76 гривень (приблизно $16 603). Проблема: Після виконання вимог щодо відіграшу система казино автоматично анулювала виграш джекпоту та обмежила мій баланс лише до 2500 гривень (початкова сума бонусу). ID транзакції: 019c06bf-f6ef-7173-a2de-8688c9eaddf6 Моя позиція: Джекпот Bell Link – це мережевий прогресивний джекпот від EGT Digital. Такі джекпоти накопичуються по всій мережі провайдера та зазвичай фінансуються з фонду джекпотів провайдера, а не з індивідуального бонусного бюджету казино. Incident description: On January 29, 2026 at 00:36, while wagering a bonus (x35 requirement), I hit the Big Jackpot in the slot 40 Burning Hot Bell Link from the provider EGT Digital. The winning amount was 689,017.76 UAH (approximately $16,603). Problem: After fulfilling the wagering requirements, the casino system automatically voided the jackpot win and limited my balance to only 2500 UAH (the initial bonus amount). Transaction ID: 019c06bf-f6ef-7173-a2de-8688c9eaddf6 My position: The Bell Link Jackpot is a network progressive jackpot from EGT Digital. Such jackpots accumulate across the provider's network and are usually funded from the provider's jackpot pool, not from the casino's individual bonus budget. I believe that applying the "Maximum Win" limit from a small bonus to a global network jackpot is predatory and misleading for the player. I have already received a rejection from their support service. I have also filed a complaint with the Ukrainian regulator (KRAIL). Please note that according to the casino’s Terms & Conditions: 

28.10. GG.BET reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the promotion at any time or void the winnings from the bonus amount.

28.9. The maximum winnings that can be cashed from all bonus offers are $50, €50 or the equivalent amount in your account currency, the remaining amount will be deducted from the balance. All specific amounts can be requested by contacting customer services department.

Since the jackpot win occurred while playing with an active bonus, the casino was entitled to rely on these Terms & Conditions in relation to your case. Based on this, it does not appear that there is much we can do to further pursue the matter at this stage.

That said, we will still contact the casino representative to request their official clarification and will update this thread as soon as we receive feedback.
