So I got an email last week saying I had got my 50 cashback at slotland, and when I went to redeem it it said it was invalid.then I chatted with online help and they said I would get an email from the billing department to clear it all up. They emailed me back and said I was issued the 50 dollar bonus by mistake. So in confused about that situation. Was it a mistake, and how? Please help with easing my confusion. Thank you I appreciate this cashback bonus, and this is the first time in years there has been a snafu.

Thanks for clearing it up, but why does it say my slotland amount was the same as it was on August 11th. The last time I got the 50? I did the math and as of sept.3rd my new amount should have been 119.50... and since then it is currently 144.51....
