    I'm not seeing it why isn't there just a bonus code for it this causes confusion

    Ik zie het niet, waarom is er niet gewoon een bonuscode voor? Dit zorgt voor verwarring.

    Dude I won on the sign up bonus for lucky owl and they jerked me around with them delay games by  taking at least a week to respond back each time I asked about withdraw, had me verify btc address 3 times and resubmit ID etc.

     

    2 months later I told LCB about how they were doing me dirty and gave em my casino ID etc.

     

    3 days later I get a new email from "Stephen/Steven" at lucky owl saying he's sorry about the confusion and all that but if I would be so kind as to respond directly to this email with my btc address, he will correct the issue today. So I followed his instructions and later that day something like fourty bucks worth of BTC landed in my wallet.

     

    Idk if this was all an honest mistake OR if Lucky Owl regularly f*** the little guys over whenever they can... BUT what I DO know is that after I survived playthru on the signup bonus, and two months playing runaround games with customer support,  the problem was resolved within a day or two of me contacting  LCB . ORG staff about the issue.

     

     

    Big shout out to LCB for making that happen and honestly, idgaf about the money in this instance. It was less than fifty dollars US.  The real prize here for me was the way that this casino looked like a naughty child getting caught being naughty in church and immediately reforming their behavior lmao.

Dus ik volgde zijn instructies op en later die dag belandde er voor ongeveer veertig dollar aan BTC in mijn wallet.

    Ik weet niet of dit allemaal een eerlijke vergissing was OF dat Lucky Owl regelmatig de kleine jongens voor de gek houdt wanneer ze maar kunnen... MAAR wat ik WEL weet, is dat nadat ik het spelen met de aanmeldbonus had overleefd en twee maanden lang spelletjes had gespeeld met de klantenservice, het probleem binnen een dag of twee was opgelost nadat ik contact had opgenomen met het personeel van LCB.ORG over het probleem.

    Een dikke pluim voor LCB dat ze dit mogelijk hebben gemaakt en eerlijk gezegd, ik snap er in dit geval helemaal niks van. Het was minder dan vijftig dollar. De echte prijs voor mij was hoe dit casino eruit zag als een stout kind dat betrapt werd op stout gedrag in de kerk en onmiddellijk zijn gedrag verbeterde, lmao.

    Is this only for new players? I definitely have had good experience with them. Has anyone else ever played and withdrew from Lucky Owl? I have and they have gotten better with their payout timeframes. Usually not much of a hassle neither. And they typically provide pretty decent bonuses. 

    Is dit alleen voor nieuwe spelers? Ik heb er in ieder geval goede ervaringen mee. Heeft iemand anders ooit Lucky Owl gespeeld en zich er vervolgens uit teruggetrokken? I felt like if I hadn't been bugging them over and over, they would have hoped I forgot. 2 months later they said id be paid with the next group of winners and finally received $50 LTC. It was exhausting
