Hi,
I just spoke to customer support of MBit Casino as i'd like to know why their promotion for LCB members are being restricted to me, when i am allowed to play at the casino.
and so they told me to talk to LCB support, which is what im doing now. How is it that i am allowed to play at MBit but restricted to receive LCB shop items?
thanks
Hoi,
Bedankt

Sometimes casinos restrict countries from bonuses even though they are allowed to play at the casino. It looks like this is the case here but I will double check with the rep just to be clear.

As expected, this is what the rep said
At the moment, bonuses offered as part of the Shop are not available for users from the Philippines. The user can play at our casino without any issues if the regulations in their region allows online gambling.
