 I did not know where to ask but how or why have I never received $ 3 shop credits for depositing at any of the casino's I have claimed through LCB.Most recently oreonbet and ronin casino.Do you only get that credit without claiming the new player free bonus ? I have also never received $3 for my birthday? Do you have to post somewhere or ?

Regarding the LCB Birthday Chip, to receive it, you need to add your date of birth to your profile and confirm your email address. On your birthday, you will receive an email with a verification link that you can use to claim your Birthday Chips.

Yes, unfortunately, you were denied.

But please note that you were not denied because you hadn't made a deposit. You did deposit, but you also claimed free bonus offers after you last deposit.

As per item's terms, player's last action must be a deposit to qualify. So, you need to deposit to qualify.
