Springbok betaalde geen bonuswinst uit

Salve ragazzi ho vinto su Springbok casino con un bonus sul deposito 700 zar dopodichè ho inviato tutti i documenti che mi hanno richiesto e alla fine mi hanno approvato il prelievo su neteller.

Stamattina mi arriva un messaggio che dice che il mio prelievo è stato annullato perchèil bonus che ho avuto non era per gli italiani ma solo sud africa.Quindi mi hanno tolto 570 rand di vincita e lasciato i 130 rand depositati inizialmente.

Dico io questo è davvero un comprtamento scorretto potevano dirlo prima che non si poteva avere il bonus perchè ce li danno e poi non pagano?

Bho di sicuro non ci depositerò mai più sia qui che suui siti company!

Hi guys, I won on Springbok casino with a deposit bonus of 700 zar, after which I sent all the documents they requested and in the end they approved the withdrawal on neteller.

This morning I received a message saying that my withdrawal was canceled because the bonus I had was not for Italians but only for South Africa. So they took away 570 rand of my winnings and left the 130 rand initially deposited.

I say this is really an unfair behaviour, could they have said before that we couldn't get the bonus because they give it to us and then don't pay?

Well I will certainly never deposit here or on the company sites again!

 ciaooooo , rainie83, ma pero vorrei solo dirti che effettivamente da pochissimo tempo i bonus trovati online nei vari blog non vanno bene su spingbok , devi giocare bonus che ti danno loro in chat o nella archivio posta.

Sono sicuro che dovrebbe esserci stato scritto nei termini dei bonus che non era per gli Italiani , io sappi che gioco qua' quasi ogni giorno e non ho mai avuto nessun problema onestamente.

Comunque ogni casino ha restrizione di bonus per gli stranieri ti conviene sempre chiedere in chat come faccio io .

hello, rainie83, but I would just like to tell you that actually for a very short time the bonuses found online in the various blogs are not good on spingbok, you have to play bonuses that they give you in chat or in the mail archive.

I'm sure it should have been written in the bonus terms that it wasn't for Italians, I know that I play here almost every day and I've honestly never had any problems.

However, every casino has bonus restrictions for foreigners, you should always ask in chat like I do.

 a si ??? che strano !!!! ma  lai detto in chat ??? solitamente se il bonus e' mandato dal casino tramite invito di posta il bonus e' valido , a meno che il messaggio di posta non fosse dedicato a te ma generico dato da spam , e dovresti quindi vedere se risultava il tuo nickname o usarname nel messaggio spot mandato .

se e' uno spam non c'e' il tuo nickname (e credo sia sucesso questo.

Ti garantisco che e' un casino' serio basta rispettare i termini e condizioni e non e' da loro invitare a tradimento i clienti .

yes??? how strange!!!! but what did you say in chat??? usually if the bonus is sent by the casino via email invitation the bonus is valid, unless the email message was not dedicated to you but generic given by spam, and you should therefore see if your nickname or username was in the message commercial sent.

if it's spam your nickname isn't there (and I think this is what happened.

I guarantee you that it is a serious casino as long as you respect the terms and conditions and it is not like them to treacherously invite customers.

Generalmente tutti i bonus che si ricevono nei messaggi dalla lobby sono riscattabili mentre quelli in giro sui vari siti sponsor sono riservati ai soli giocatori africani.

Comunque è la prima volta che mi capita di sentire di un cattivo comportamento da parte loro ma la tua esperienza tornerà utile a molti.

Generally all the bonuses received in messages from the lobby are redeemable while those available on the various sponsor sites are reserved for African players only.

However, it is the first time that I have heard of bad behavior on their part but your experience will be useful to many.

ci tengo a precisare che molti bonus in rete nei vari forum per Springbok casino come Italia non vvalgono  piu' da almeno 2 mesi purche' riconosciuti , il fatto e' che in casher quando si inserisce il codice il bonus viene riconosciuto ma non 'e valido.

Solo i bonus di invito via mail e nella posta del casino sono effettivi e validi.

Vorrei solo dire a rainie83 che magari e ti prego eventualmente di correggermi che non ti sia espressa male e che tu abbia usato un codice  trovato dalla rete in qualche forum .

Giocandoci moltissimo in questo casino posso dire che e' assolutamente serio e generoso con varie offerte , ma un gesto come quello espresso da rainie83 proprio conoscendoli bene non me lo aspetto proprio.

I would like to point out that many bonuses online in the various forums for Springbok casinos such as Italy have no longer been valid for at least 2 months as long as they are recognised, the fact is that in casher when the code is entered the bonus is recognized but is not valid .

Only invitation bonuses via email and in the casino mail are effective and valid.

I would just like to tell rainie83 that maybe and please correct me if you didn't express yourself badly and that you used a code found on the net in some forum.

Having played a lot in this casino I can say that it is absolutely serious and generous with various offers, but I really don't expect a gesture like the one expressed by rainie83, knowing them well.

Gero ti ripeto che era un bonus dai messaggi del mio conto quindi era anche per gli italiani.Ho fatto un casino avanti e indietro a inviare i documenti  del'autorizzazione perchè una volta non lo leggevano un altra dovevo inserire più cifre della carta.Alla fine mi hanno approvato ilprelievo ed era in corso dopodichè me lo annullano dicendo che il bonus era destinato solo ai giocatori africani quindi ora dimmi tuse è un comportamento corretto.Cmq da me non vedranno più un centesimo sono già due mesi che nn deposito ne da loro ne a compagnia bella.

Beh davvero una brutta storia e mi dispiace per l'accaduto. Non trovo giusto approvare un prelievo per poi annullarlo con una scusa del genere. Comunque penso potresti farlo presente a qualcuno del forum che si occupa di queste problematiche. Se chiedi in chat di sicuro lo sanno ;)

Well a really bad story and I'm sorry for what happened. I don't think it's right to approve a withdrawal and then cancel it with an excuse like that. However, I think you could point this out to someone on the forum who deals with these issues. If you ask in chat they will surely know ;)
