I recently made a deposit and subsequently contacted customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory, as the representatives appeared somewhat impersonal and disengaged in their communication. There seemed to be a lack of appreciation for customer inquiries, which may detract from the overall experience. -

I have a question about the weekend free spins that are available on Saturday and Sunday. I have always been able to use the weekend coupon codes as long as I made a $10 deposit during that week. Has that recently changed? If it has changed what are the new rules for the weekend coupon codes?

Same agent as always refusing to add it always says it's not available he's been reprimanded by the casino for lying already and the kid continues to do it, strange way to treat a player whose deposited over 5 grand in their casino

Lmao how stupid are the people they hire , they think banning me from the chat is going to get them outta being caught lying like they don't know the casino can still look at the chat log regardless of the ban . I have never seen a bigger group of grown men who have a compulsion to lie pathologically to get outta doing their job then the dudes that work customer service live chat through tawk . I have genuinely deposited over 5 thousand dollars in this casino , and this is how their live agents treat me .. it's the casinos fault for not getting rid of the same five live agents who are reported every single day for lying .Lmao, hoe dom zijn die mensen die ze inhuren? -

Well, there’s your first mistake. ;P Assuming any of them are “grown”… lol.
You say “grown men”… by that I assume you mean mature? Anyone, male or female, who is truly mature doesn’t have the emotional or intellectual IQ of a deer caught in headlights. Or the work ethic of a possum… “Oh bugger, he’s looking at us… PLAY DEAD!”Vince Ventura schreef:

Fifteen minutes in chat with agent whose refused to say a word and refused to add the bonus he is intentionally wasting my time , I want to speak to somebody from the casino and ask them how do they let this go on for so long these agents have been reported thousands of times for doing this .Ik heb vijftien minuten gechat met een medewerker die geen woord wilde zeggen en de bonus niet wilde toevoegen. -

I've tried to enter it 3 times, and it's popping up that this coupon code has expired. Is this happening to anyone else?
