Hmmm.....that's strange, I also have an account at Amsterdams Casino and at G'day but didn't have any trouble opening one at Twenty One Casino. I used the same email address to register at all 3 casinos and got the no deposit welcome bonus at all 3 casinos, without any problems. Haven't been able to cashout at any of these 3 casinos though
