I’m trying to understand how this situation normally works.
Suppose you are wagering a bonus and your playable balance drops below the required threshold. The bonus is automatically ended, and the remaining balance is moved to the withdrawable/real money balance.
However, the player continues playing and then wins a significant amount.
If the balance is now showing entirely as withdrawable balance, would those winnings normally be considered real money winnings because the bonus had already ended?
Or can the casino still apply the previous bonus terms to those winnings?
I'm mainly trying to understand the general principle here rather than asking about a specific casino.
