I saw the high ranking on the casino (Gunsbet) in the couple of casino sites. However I have had a very negative experience here - This was my first win in this casino - actually quite a big win. I won 6 400 EUR in this casino on the ninth of April. I have done the account verification , had no problems with that. But today I got the email from the casino saying that my win won't be paid to me, the casino gave no good reason for taking away my win. They just stated the following - The Player is not allowed to use any strategy in playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings. What is this ? With this term the casino can just do whatever they want… They can just stop paying to every player, who has a good win in the casino. Obviously, i want to be paid.
I have already tried to resolve the issue that I am having with this casino, however this was in vain. The casino is making excuses in order to leave the customers without the money.

Ik heb al geprobeerd het probleem dat ik met dit casino ondervind op te lossen, maar dit was tevergeefs. Het casino verzint excuses om de klanten zonder geld achter te laten. -

We just want to let you all know that after a thorough investigation we finally found out that the player abused the bonuses across sister sites breaching the casino T&C:
"The Player is not allowed to use any strategy in playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings."
The casino refunded the deposits to the player so he can cash them out.
After sending several messages we still haven't heard back from the player.
Since we got the resolution along with the relevant info, we are going to mark this case resolved.
We willen jullie allemaal laten weten dat we na een grondig onderzoek er uiteindelijk achter zijn gekomen dat de speler misbruik heeft gemaakt van de bonussen op zustersites en daarbij de algemene voorwaarden van het casino heeft geschonden:
"Het is de Speler niet toegestaan om enige strategie te gebruiken bij het spelen met een actieve bonus om te voldoen aan de vereisten voor het inzetten van de bonus. Het casino heeft de stortingen aan de speler terugbetaald, zodat hij deze kan uitbetalen.
Na verschillende berichten te hebben verzonden, hebben we nog steeds niets van de speler gehoord.
Omdat we de resolutie en de relevante informatie hebben ontvangen, gaan we deze zaak als opgelost markeren.

Hey!
I do not agree with this decision, please, reopen the case. I had played in this casino a couple of times and i won for the first time here. I think the casino is just not willing to pay since this is a decent win.

Ik ben het niet eens met deze beslissing. Heropen alstublieft de zaak. Ik had een paar keer in dit casino gespeeld en ik won hier voor de eerste keer. Ik denk dat het casino gewoon niet bereid is te betalen, aangezien dit een behoorlijke winst is.
