Hello Carmen Eversoll,
Welcome to our forum.
Unfortunately, we don’t handle complaints related to Facebook or social gaming apps, since we don’t have direct contact with those providers. Our complaint service is focused only on online casinos. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to assist further with your case. We recommend reaching out directly to their support team again and providing the video/photo proof you mentioned, as they are the only ones who can review and resolve the issue.
We’re sorry we can’t be of more help this time.
Thank you for your understanding.
