Hi, unfortunately GGPoker has now permanently closed my account, banned me from the platform, and confiscated my funds after an investigation that lasted approximately six months. I fully cooperated with the investigation throughout the entire process and provided everything they requested from me. I answered numerous questions, provided additional information, photos, videos, and completed further verification procedures whenever they asked. I only played on GGPoker for a few weeks before my account was initially suspended, and since then I have been waiting for the outcome of their investigation. Despite my full cooperation, I received a message yesterday informing me that my account was being permanently closed and that my funds were being confiscated. I categorically deny the allegations against me. I genuinely do not understand the basis for this decision, especially after such an extensive investigation during which I provided everything they requested. I believe this decision is completely unjustified, and I would like to challenge it and seek the return of my funds. Is this something you could help me with? Thank you very much for your help.
