I requested that my account be permanently closed and have sent multiple emails asking for confirmation that this had been done. On 14th May, someone is support confirmed my account was closed. To my surprise, I later discovered that my account had been reopened without my knowledge, consent, or authorisation. I did not request or approve the reopening of my account. I have made repeated attempts to contact Goji Casino to have the account closed again and to understand why it was reopened, but my emails have continued to go unanswered. I believe this is a serious failure in Goji Casino’s responsible gambling obligations. Reopening a previously closed account without the customer’s knowledge or consent is unacceptable, particularly when the customer has clearly requested that the account remain closed. I am seeking an investigation into why my account was reopened without my permission, the immediate and permanent closure of my account, refund for deposits made in this time, and an explanation of why my repeated requests have been ignored.
