Then I contacted support via email, explaining the situation with screenshots of the error message and attaching my documents. But I haven't received a reply. Then I requested another withdrawal. It was rejected again. Now I've tried requesting a withdrawal again, but the cashier section says I don't have any available funds for a withdrawal.
