š Full Report to the CuraƧao Gaming Control Board (GCB) Subject: URGENT: Report of Intentional Fraud, Deceit, and Misuse of Jurisdiction by 1spin.bet (Long Island N.V.) To the CuraƧao Gaming Control Board, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent operation involving the entity Long Island N.V., which claims to operate under the CuraƧao jurisdiction. The evidence confirms this is a case of organized cryptocurrency fraud. 1. Fraudulent Entity Details | Item | Details | Evidence | |---|---|---| | Website Name | 1spin.bet | | | Website URL | https://1spin.bet | | | Claimed Operator | Long Island N.V. | | | Claimed Address | Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, CuraƧao | | | Payment Agent | Medium Rare Limited (Cyprus) | | 2. Current Loss Amount | Item | Amount | Evidence | |---|---|---| | Total Loss | $24,378.85 in Bitcoin (approx. 0.22 BTC) | | | Breakdown | Initial deposit (approx. $300) + Blocked winnings (approx. $24,078.85) | | 3. Full Account of Events and Decisive Proof of Fraud The following events prove intentional deceit by the operator: * Withdrawal Denial and Extortion: The site blocked the withdrawal of funds, citing a fraudulent "VIP error." The support agent demanded an additional deposit of $871 to resolve this error. * Provision of a Fraudulent TxID (Decisive Proof): After I indicated my intent to involve international law enforcement and Chainalysis, the agent provided a Transaction ID (TxID) as "proof" that the withdrawal was approved. Verification on the public blockchain explorer (blockchair.com) confirmed that this TxID is invalid and does not exist. * Admission of Fraudulent Act (Self-Incrimination): When pressed on the logical and ethical failure of providing a false TxID, the agent explicitly admitted: "There is no justification for that action. It was a serious error in judgment, and I sincerely apologize...". * Continued Fraudulent Demand: Even after admitting the deceit, the operator reverted to the original scam, stating the system "still requires a deposit of $871" to resolve the issue. 4. Request for Immediate Action "I request that the CuraƧao Gaming Control Board conduct an immediate investigation into Long Island N.V. (1spin.bet). The provision of a fraudulent TxID, and the subsequent admission of this deceit, confirms that this entity is engaged in intentional and systematic fraud. 1. Gegevens van de frauduleuze entiteit | Item | Details | Bewijs | |---|---|---| | Website-naam | 1spin.bet | | | Website-URL | https://1spin.bet | | | Geclaimde operator | Long Island NV | | | Geclaimd adres | Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, CuraƧao | | | Betaalagent | Medium Rare Limited (Cyprus) | | 2. Huidig verliesbedrag | Item | Bedrag | Bewijs | |---|---|---| | Totaal verlies | $ 24.378,85 in Bitcoin (ongeveer 0,22 BTC) | | | Overzicht | Eerste storting (ongeveer $ 300) + Geblokkeerde winsten (ongeveer $ 24.078,85) | | 3.

First of all, welcome to our forum!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
This site shows the same design and red flags weāve seen with confirmed scam casinos. See similar reports and screenshots HERE.
Key red flags:
- No visible licence information.
- Terms & Conditions only accessible after logging in and after you must agree.
- Pattern of large āwinningsā followed by demands for additional (often very large) deposits to release payouts.
- Site layout/flow identical to previously reported scam sites.
It is advised not to make any further deposits while our team investigates the site. Weāll review the evidence and update the thread as soon as we have more information.

After the investigation, the LCB team has concluded that 1spin.bet is yet another scam website.
Domain:Ā 1spin.bet ( Registered On:Ā 27.08.2025Ā )
Is 1spin.bet site legit: NO
PLEASE NOTE: We believe thatĀ https://1spin.bet// is unsafe and should be avoided. We strongly advise against making any deposits on this platform and recommend exercising caution.Ā
All games are fake and hosted on their own servers.
Our investigation revealed that this casinoĀ offers fakeĀ Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Evoplay, and 1win.
Even though they have this on their website:Ā CuraƧao Gaming Authority andĀ UKGC:
1spin.bet does not hold any license. The information provided on their website is misleading, as they are not authorized or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and if you visit the official CuraƧao Gaming Authority website, youāll see that they are not listed there.
Hereās how these "casinos" usually operate:
They start by offering a no-deposit bonus so players can win what looks like big money right away. But when it comes time to cash out, they suddenly demand a hefty āverification deposit.ā Itās a tactic designed to hook players with the promise of easy winnings. In the end, players not only lose the winnings they thought they had but also the money they deposited for that so-called āverificationā.Ā In addition to this tactic, none of the games on the site is legitimate; they are all fake.
When they scam an unknown number of players or get publicly exposed, they shut down the existing domain and open a new one.
