I've spent $3500 over the last 3 days with pacific spins. I am a new player. I requesteda bonus chip after several large losses with clean deposits. I was told by customer service to contact the pitboss via email. So 48 hours and 11 emails later no response. All the while I am still depositing. I am not an idiot , it does not take 48 hours to get a response from the pitboss, yet nothing. Customer service refused to help. They told me to continue emailing the pitboss. Finally,I had it. I did get vulgar. I was then suspended from chat and told to email customer service. Guess what, I have now emailed customer service 13 times over 36 hours and no response. Pacific spins owes me A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY In both cash back and for the numerous several thousands of dollars in deposits mostly clean deposit bonuses. NOT ONE RESPONSE TO MY 13 EMAILS AND PACIFIC SPINS OWES ME A LOTTTT OF MONEY AT THIS POINT!!!!!! PLEASE STOP REFERRING CUSTOMERS TO THIS CASINO!! THEY ARE LYING SCAMMING THIEVES!!!!
